Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 1 pizza was told 33 minutes for pick up I show up 48 minutes later just for them to tell me that it’ll be 45 more minutes I asked to speak with a manager to see if they could just deliver it and his response was if I wanted to pay a delivery fee. It should’ve been taken care of as this is their mess by telling a customer to come in (33 minutes) extremely poor service!!

Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to! Poor customer service, stay away from this place if good service matters to you. I Ordered through the app but staff seem to be gaming the system to make it look like they are being efficient because the app tracker showed that my pizza was ready, but in actuality, the pizza was NOT even in the oven. After 15 minutes of standing & waiting, I asked why was the app tracker showing the pizza as ready and no one apologized but instead one of the employees said in a sing-song voice that “patience is a virtue.” I had to hold my tongue bc I knew they would do something to my food if I said anything else. Had I not already paid, I would have left. The public restroom in front of the store has an employee only hand written sign on it, no chairs for customers to sit. I will never order from this place again.

I usually don’t write reviews. However my experience at this Papa John’s was unreal and awful. Upon my arrival no one was present inside the facility. Moments later a few staff arrived panicked because of waiting customers, many order labels printed and they were now behind because everyone decided to take a break because they said it was slow earlier. I waited over an hour to receive my food. No one communication when a question was ask on wait time and reason for disorganization. Other customers were unsatisfied with pizza once recieved because of poor quality and wait time. Once I received my pizza and wings it was a complete mess. Wings were the wrong flavor and belong to another person. Poor pizza cuts because it was rushed and pizza didn’t have cheese in certain areas. I never experienced anything like this and will never return. Worst experience ever.

What a joke of an operation! The guys working here couldn’t run a lemonade stand with a fist full of $100’s. Do not order from here. HORRIBLE!!!!

My mom always said, "If you don't have something good to say..." but I have to say this, not the best pizza I've had.

I ordered boneless wings with the expectation that they were going to be covered in buffalo sauce like the picture showed. Except I got them with it drizzled on. Plus on top of that they were soggy and didn’t feel fresh at all. Never ordering from this location ever again. Better off saving my money.

$6 delivery charge, money doesn't go to driver - lol, rip off!!! If this doesn't tell you how sad their product is nothing else will they can't make money on their Pizza so they charge you to deliver it and then expect you to tip the driver as well???

I’d give zero stars if it were an option. The store manager is a liar and rude. I would never order from this location ever again. After the delivery was late by half hour- the manager lied and said he remade the pizzas. Really he just stuck them back in the oven and delivered burned pizza to my house.

They guys were there are always so friendly and tend to be fast with my orders

Not sure how to feel.. Pizza was good tho & delivery was extremely fast.. so fast they may have forgotten something.. ;)
