This place could do better. The server came over and did not speak a word. Not even a smile. She just handed us a menu. Once she took the order she still did not speak. I asked for to go containers and she handed them to us. I then had to ask for a bag. She looked annoyed. The food was not bad and I actually enjoyed but the service was horrible. Then she was making some kind of rolls with a meat mixture at the table right in tye middle of the restaurant in between taking orders. I never saw her wash her hands as she went back n forth between food prep, taking orders and handling money. I will not return to this establishment.

I ordered the rolls but the veggies wasn't fresh and green, cool fried chicken.The lady with short hair who took my order wasn't really friendly too, she seemed mad when I come 20 mins before the store closed.Never come back again.

Authentic Vietnamese! The service is sub par. The owner is temper-mental.. some days she is nice and some days she gives me dirty looks and forgets to give me water. I decided to not give my business to her. I brought in so many clients. I am done trying to figure her out. The atmospher she creates is disgusting not worth the food. Customer service is number one and to act as if you do not need or want a client is blatant disrespectful. I have dined over 25 times and she still gives me icy weird faces and acts like she does not know me. #phovn. WAY BEtTER on Congress!!!

I just walked in the door from picking up my Pho Beef Special and it is horrendous! I don’t know what happened in the kitchen today because I have been here before and it was awesome…the meat is all overdone and half the size I normally get (which is fine because I gave most of it to my dog). I asked the lady at the front for 2 extra-sauce ramekins (which I paid for) and she came back with 1 and told me she didn’t have anymore. Then subsequently gave 2 to the lady waiting next to me. Then I get home, open the package and have no sriracha sauce and 1 hoisin packet. I really enjoyed this place before and love Pho but I will not be back to this place ever again.

Came here, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and (thankfully) AUTHENTIC! This is my new go to pho spot!
Food is so-so, but they are scam artists. They give you a menu with old prices, then charge you something way more expensive and laugh and say the menu is old and insist that you pay the imaginary made up prices that aren’t listed. I have never experienced this in a restaurant before. Not even entirely sure it’s legal.

This is top 5 Vietnamese restaurant, maybe even #1. It’s some of the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had. Delicious fish sauce (maybe made in house?), generous portions, great price on the combo vermicelli bowl, so many veggies and herbs, excellent preparation and presentation was not out of the ordinary (which is good imo). Welcoming friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

These people were disgusting, they were rude, yelling. Yelling at me while sitting. Their menu shows one price and then at the end they write in a paper a totally different price and it by an unbelievable amount and when you tell them this price is incorrect they start yelling and throwing things at you. DONT GO HERE.!!
