⭐ 1 Star Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Unwelcoming As a local business owner who values professionalism and customer service, I was absolutely shocked by the treatment my guest and I received at this pho spot. Upon arrival, we were completely ignored — no greeting, no menus, no water, nothing. Every table was available for seating as there were no customers, yet the staff was casually sat around, talking among themselves, making no effort to acknowledge or assist us. It felt like we were invisible. Not a single word was exchanged with us during our visit. I hate to even suggest this, but it’s hard not to question whether there was a deeper reason for the blatant disregard. I’d rather not jump to conclusions, but the lack of basic courtesy was undeniable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, but especially in a community where we should be supporting each other. I expected better — both as a customer and as a fellow business owner. I won’t be returning, and I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve your approach to customer service. Hence WE WALKED OUT WITHOUT EATING after waiting 20 minutes!!!!!

Went here yesterday, the chopsticks were moldy, and the pho was so very lackluster. The banh-mi is also terrible , and the mayo makes it worst. Highly do not recommend.

The soup I got was $5.00 more than on the menu. And the response was it’s an old menu? So change the menu or say before the person orders the prices went up by $5.00

Pretty good spot the prices were fair and the staff was kind and nice. Pho was spot on and that broth was perfect. Only thing is I’d wish they’d update the prices on their menu to what they will actually charge. But it’s not a big of a deal. Great spot I will be back!

The prices don’t match what you see, they could have done a better job about the prices. I feel like I got scammed by it. We ended up paying more than we expected. Banmi pork sandwich was not good, the meat tastes old and dry. Although the egg noodles soup was good but we won’t be back again.
