I received a email saying free medium pizza with code valid at this store. It wasnt working when i tried to place the order so I called and the woman said to place the order and come in and she could do it. So i drive the 30 minutes and does she help? No. Shes rude and wasted an hour of my time since she told me to wait while she helped others. And she called her boss and they did nothing also. Ill make sure to go elsewhere than this crappy pizza hut. Disgusting. And when asked for her name, she said no. Why waste so much time for something you dont know will work?

I just have to say, this Pizza Hut is one of the best I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. They never mess up any of my customizations, which honestly says a lot these days.
But what really makes this place special is Natalie, the cashier. She’s always so friendly and upbeat, with a genuine smile that makes your day a little better. You can tell she really cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. Every time I stop by, she makes the experience a positive one.
