Never again. I order a pizza for pick up. Got the pizza and saw there is no jalapeños on that i orderd. Went back and asked if i can get some. The guy at the register went back and asked me if i want " like a hand full" i said yes and he brought me a hand full, not in a container or anything he wanted to give it to me in my hand. First i thought he was making a joke but nope. I was like seriously!!!!!!! The saddest part is he work the register, made pizza, handled money and give the other customer his pizza without washing his hands or gloves and then he has the nerve to hand me the jalapeños to me with his hands to my hand. There was another employee sitting on a chair with her back to the door on her phone without a care in the world not helping the other guy. This pizza hut doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

What a crappy Pizza Hut, seriously. I order delivery. App says it was delivered at 8:09, and it isn't there. Call the store and the lady says the system marks it delivered if the driver is near your address. Tell me why the pizza isn't delivered for another 30min, if he was at my apartment complex? So I waited for a crappy cold pizza that wasn't made correctly. Take a look at what this Hut considers to be an Extra Cheese Medium Pan pizza. This is trash and the staff fudges the system to make their productivity better. I bet you the driver didn't attempt to deliver it until I called.

I'd give this Pizza Hut a ZERO rating if that was allowed. I placed my order for a medium pizza on my app and the app stated it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes after placing the order and the woman at the register asked me what I wanted. I said I placed an app order and she asked my name. I told her and she said, "you have to wait because your order isn't ready and there are two people ahead of you." So I sat in the chair in front of her and waited. And I waited. And I waited. I then glanced at my app and it stated my order was ready, so I asked the woman (who was NASTY to other customers as I was waiting) if my order was ready (now 45 minutes from first ordering). She asked my name, again, and I told her my name again. The pizza was sitting in the warmer for a prolonged period of time (I saw the box there while I waited but had no way to know it was mine). I took the pie home and it was burned to a crisp. Bad service and bad pizza - NOT a good way to treat someone who has been a customer for decades. I emailed Pizza Hut with my concerns and, instead of re-doing the order, they said they'd try harder next time.... Thanks! There won't be a next time.

Small franchise shop so there's only room to wait for carryout orders. Due to the size of the shop, it gets quite smoky so it's recommended to wait in your car.

Asked for light cheese, chicken & mushrooms. Only cheese on the other and received the most burned, dry, tough pizzas I’ve ever been delivered. Always order the same thing- no excuse for it being so overcooked this way. Inedible.
I ordered family box $40 received completely wrong order. Called to get correct order. Still sitting here waiting. Was told no manager on duty for 2hrs. I was told to send the incorrect order back. Just called again for status says he is cooking it but still doesn’t know what to do. Seriously it’s not complicated. Send me my pizza or return my money! Love the pizza but this isn’t working for me.

Maybe it’s new management, but this place has been great for the six months I’ve been ordering there. Food is always fresh and well prepared, and super nice crew when you go inside. Appreciate how they do take pride in their pizza.

Last time we had Pizza Hut was in 1973 when it was eat in . Figured I’d give you a modern day try . Ordered online fast and easy . It said be ready in 15 .im 15 minutes away and it was ready when I arrived. The deep dish had plenty of toppings and was as good or better than the 70’s version .smiling young lady was running the place with a smile and a professional attitude. Went back a few weeks later . They have a deal for take out only $9.99 for a large 1 topping , a buck extra for pan . Was Very good
