I made a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 820, its currently 9 pm and im waiting this is fine.. this is fine i understand they are overwhelmed. However, the guy who was manning the pizza oven was obviously stressed and was extremely rude. This is not how i expected to be treated when i spend $50 on two pizzas. He is over 30 minutes late in giving me my order and treats me like an idiot when i come to check the status.

Many employees for good service and many choices for pizza. Got a plain and pepperoni to try. Pizza was small for the price, but was surprisingly good! Even the crust was edible. NO SALADS at all! Just pizza and wings. The atmosphere was nice but industrial. However, the LADIES ROOM was IMACULATE!! This is a plus, since I judge my restaurants by the cleanliness of the restrooms!

Fast made to order pizza take out or eat in. The atmosphere has a very industrial appearance. I have been told that the gluten-free crust is the best in the area. I ordered an eggplant Parmesan pizza and was disappointed that there were only four small slices of eggplant on the pizza. Service and counter delivery was fast. If you like to add any kind of condiments, bring your own from home. Everything that they have out in little packs is dried out and flavorless.

My girlfriend and I visited Pizza Rox for the first time last night, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! We arrived 15 minutes before closing, which we felt a bit guilty about, but the staff was incredibly accommodating. They welcomed us warmly and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We took our pizza to go and enjoyed it at home. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect crust. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend Pizza Rox! ?

This place is like Chipotle for pizza, and Chipotle is gourmet food compared to Pizza Rox. The worst, most disgusting pizza we’ve ever had. The customer service wasn’t below par, it was below 0. Rude, nasty employees who didn’t want to be there, with a bad attitude. The one girl who made our pizza was the worst, argued with me and blamed another employee for her mistake, which ended up costing me more money, and she didn’t even apologize. There are a million pizza places around, save your money and go someplace else.

My first eat in experience and his first “Rox” pizza. My grandson from CA and I had a margarita pizza and garlic cheese bread. Really delicious. Grandson said best pizza ever and that he could have eaten the crust alone. This young man has had pizza in Canada, Europe and all over the US and he loved yours the best.
