First time in here, came in to use the coupon we got in the mail. Food was very good, very flavorful hot and fresh. The service was great. We had to wait a little bit for them to fix the machine to make our chicken, and several employees checked on us to see if we wanted anything else while we waited but we told them no thanks because we werent in a rush.
Will be returning here to try the other items on the menu!

Great chicken. I’ve had the chicken sandwhich and I’ve had the chicken piece dinners, both were delicious. Crispy and flavorful, cooked perfectly. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my family to eat at this Boynton Beach location for the first time. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 mins and no one answered to take my order. Drove up to the window because I thought they maybe having issues and the employees kept walking past the window and ignored me. I honked several times to get their attention and no one came to the window. I drove around and went inside to speak with the manager. All the employees at the front avoided me but I could hear them talking about me in Spanish. I was calm and waited in line until it was my turn to place an order. When my turn was up, I asked to speak with the manager. The cashier went to get the manager and returned giggling and said “the manager will be with you”. I spoke with the manager Allison who apologized and said she would speak with the staff. I informed her that they will no longer get my business due this poor customer service.
