The girl at the drive thru on February 2nd 2026 … 11pm cheated me out of my money i might call corporate on her tbh … I ordered half chicken dark meat when I got to the drive thru she told me is going to take 15 mins and I said that’s fine I will wait when I get to the drive thru she just handed me the chicken and I thought she was full of it when I got home she gave me one white meat chicken and one dark meat…. If you can’t give me what I’m paying for just say that .. I work hard for my money and you gave me the wrong food on purpose I didn’t mind waiting I was patient but is all good

Food is great. We order takeout atleast once a month but they NEVER get the order correct. They are always missing something or get the order wrong. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home and having the wrong order. So make sure you open the bag and look through it thoroughly.

The pollo tropical located at 2298 congress ave., has to be the worst location ever. Dirty store, with poor customer service. The management team needs to do a better job. Fire the entire staff, they all have attitude problems.
I went to pollo tropical at 5 thinking the food will be fresh and hot. Wrong 🤢. The chicken and, yellow rice tastes old like it been sitting there since opening or the next day. This is the second time I ordered chicken from there in the food doesn’t taste fresh. The food used to be hot and good at this location. These restaurants starting to sell people’s anything.
