Don't expect any customer service or service with a smile. Just expect decent food, good tasting, at a fair price. If you want something fast and don't want to pay much, this is the place. If you're looking for anything else keep it moving
Food was fresh and hot. Customer service was outstanding. Senior employee was a little mouthy when questioned about the portions amount in the small tropi chop. I'm not going to let her kill my vibe. Customer service is just as important as the food you serve.
June1, 2025 afternoon visit....I was enticed to go to Pollo Tropical by the currently streaming ad for shrimps served 3 different ways ! I also have enjoyed the fried yucca, black beans and tostones. Today, I got nothing as I waited at the counter for service that did not address me until I turned to walk out. The employee was courteous but slow to reply regarding items I considered buying...anyway I soon learned my Boynton Beach location on Congress Ave did NOT have ANY shrimp...oh...
