With combo meal when I choose breast piceses they charged extra 2dollar for each combo meals. I haven't seen in any Popeyes, when I asked manager she said that's what we charge here, explained that I never had this charges before from any popeyes but they were strict that it is a rule. Everything very frustrating when I visit this store and there is no one to provide resolution, just robbing with all extra charges and saying gave discount with coleslaw. Really ? Box meal co es with sides,

Almost every weekend we take fried chicken family meal from this store due to halal options. But the customer service of this store is not satisfactory. They are charging extra for choosing specific chicken pieces and for the dipping sauces.When I told them you didn't charged me extra last wk for taking breast pieces then they omit this. I didn't see any other popeyes in any other state charges for any dipping sauces like butter milk ranch etc. They are making newer charges rule in every other week.

Ordered lunch sat down at one of the tables in the food court took everything out of the bag took a couple bites and went for a napkin and as soon as I lifted the napkin a cockroach came running out of the stack of napkins.

The older dude that’s in there with the salt and pepper. Hair is very rude., Nasty and has very poor customer service! I watched him , belittle his coworkers,talk to a lady who didn’t know English very nasty, And he was extremely rude to the Uber driver!!! For that reason I will not return!

Nouha at the counter is always so polite and professional, all the staff here are accommodating and make the best popeyes in town. I love coming here and will be returning frequently.

As a Google Local Guide and professional reviewer I take food quality and customer service seriously and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered 5 tenders through Uber Eats (Order #535A0) and what I received was completely unacceptable. The tenders looked like they had been sitting around for a long time and were clearly reheated from old stock possibly from the previous day. There was barely any actual chicken inside just thick greasy coating. The little meat there was tasted rubbery and dry and I had to spit it out.

I even recorded a video explaining how bad the food looked and felt describing exactly why it was inedible. Despite this Popeyes never responded to my complaint and there was no option to request a refund through Uber Eats.

This review will stay up on their Google page permanently. If this is the kind of food and service Popeyes is okay serving to customers I won’t be ordering again and I strongly suggest others don’t either.
