First time I tried Popeyes chicken. Judging by the amount of time waited and the amount of online orders, it would seem to me that they are adding something to that chicken! The chicken was good. I fortunately got the last 8 piece. They ran out of chicken, as well as some other things like Cole slaw. Did not know the place was that popular!

This place was good but not sure what's going on with oil chicken...so my coworkers and I decided to get chicken family meal...The chicken was as tough as piece wood..so we called spoke to manager on duty told him the food was not good.he advised us please bring receipt and we will either get our money back or fresh chicken..unfortunately we went today and no chicken no refund ...Howvcould u expect to offer this business and hard chicken..WE ARE NOT GOING BACK THERE.

They are advertising a special on Facebook and TV for $20. We get there and the signs up are for $24.99. Then the manager rings it up and we get charged $28. We inquired and we're told the specials had ended and the new price was $28. The specials included sides. But we were charged an upcharge of .30 and .10 on two of the items..
Then to top it all off, the special was on TV again the next night for $20

Spoke with the so-called “owner” and manager, they refused to give me my food; even with a proof of purchase and my online receipt. I made two orders, one with a promotion and the other without. This location doesn’t honor promotions or vouchers from the corporate office. I realized that after putting through three orders:

1) Without a promo code the order goes through perfectly.
2) With a promo the system doesn’t even allow it to go through, when you select this particular store.
3) When you have a voucher it doesn’t come up in the system at all, and they refuse to give you your food with proof of purchase.

All in all, Dislocation steals from Popeyes and the customers we have followed up with Popeyes corporate office, The Better Business Bureau and the Boynton Beach Mall, head of security and general manager of the mall, and waiting for a resolution. Abdul, you are not going to take anyone’s hard-working money and refuse to give it back.

Food is good, manager was very rude. He had an attitude and they charge for refills. I walked right next store to Taco bell and purchased a drink there since no matter what I was being charged. I'll give my money to the place that actually cares.

I bought a family meal and I clearly specified that i wanted the original chicken because I can’t eat spicy food. When I ate it I noticed that it was spicy so I went back to the person who attended me and I told him that he got my order wrong, he told me that he could change it but after the person I suppose was his manager came he told me in a rude way “that was what you ordered you can’t change it now”. I’m not coming here again.

Dirty inside. We sat in drive thru for 10 min. Ordered 6 apple pies. Waited about 6 min to get to first window. She never put it in. They cashed us out and when we got to the 2nd window they asked us to pull forward. After 20 min waiting there my husband goes in to ask for our money back. They never even put in the pies. They then "gave" us 3 pies (old ass pies they had sittin there) and $3 dollars back. Do better girls, do better.
