Had to try out Cains here in Florida as they are not in our state. As with anything hyped up…I don’t get it. Chicken strips are lightly coated but lacking flavor other than salt. App did not work for drive thru so I ordered over the intercom which the person. On the speaker could not be heard over the outside music. Service was quick, not rude but not friendly either. Ordered Ketchup but was not included. Toast was good.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the manager at this canes location today. My order was put in incorrectly, and I didn't realize that I was missing my coleslaw from my box until I got home. I usually order the box combo and replace the fries with extra toast, but I received a box combo with extra toast and no coleslaw. I called the store and spoke with the manager Sarah who awarded me a credit for a combo on the house and also issued me a refund for this issue...
