Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

I see now they have "hours may vary" on their website. That was not the case when we showed up in response to a BOGO offer which tempted us to drive a considerable distance, bypassing more familiar restaurants. We arrived at 11:20 (the change to "hours may vary" was made before this writing at 12:20 on the same day). The place was closed up tight with much of the nearby parking blocked off with orange cones. When we asked, instead of a polite response we were criticized as if it was our fault.

I can’t say enough about the Rotelli’s in Boynton Beach! Quality fresh flavorful food, carefully prepared by cooks who are intent on customer satisfaction. Waiters and Waitresses who swiftly take orders and focus on the needs of each individual diner. Bussers who make sure that the tables, booths, and floor are kept clean and sparkling. And an owner, Patricia, who moves about the restaurant, ensuring that all her patrons are happy and satisfied. My wife and I have eaten at most of the Italian restaurants in the area, and I have to say that Patricia and Rotelli’s of Boynton Beach are #1 in their class!

Rotelli Pizza and Pasta is an excellent Italian Restaurant. It has a great Italian/Mediterranean style decoration, great music, superb client costumer service. The menu consists of varied options and, above all, the food is delicious. We went to have lunch and we enjoyed a very nice family time. Certainly will be back

They did ome recent changes and now this place is amazing! The service ia great and the food too! We always came here but now with the change you can really tell the difference! They are kid friendly having great options for kids so its definitely a great restaurant for families!

We had the baked ziti, Stromboli, Caesar salad, and garlic rolls. Everything was really fresh and so yummy!! The owner Patricia was so sweet and very hospitable. The staff and chefs all were great, we will be back!

Worst Restaurant Manager was so disrespectful to staff let alone with my order taking almost an hour to get prepared and all I ordered was a side salad and a slice of pizza manager Patricia was rude and do not recommend anyone coming to this disappointment of a pizza and pasta restaurant.?

This place is very hit or miss. Last night we dined in & our waitress was very sweet, but I am so confused on why she packaged our food like this. We had half a pie left & instead of giving us a small pizza box, she put all the slices faced down in a styrofoam container. The cheese is now sticking to all the other slices and peels off. My chicken & vegetables were so oily, it was almost inedible and leaked oil residue all over the bag. This place also nickel and dimes you for everything! An extra $5 for a vodka sauce substitute. An additional $3 for a small container of marinara sauce for your rolls. You have to pay extra for more bread, most menu items don't even include bread. I've never been to an Italian restaurant that does not automatically serve bread, let alone charge you for it. They advertise delivery on their to-go menu, but come to find out it's through doordash where you have to pay additional fees. The Delray location is better than this one, but still overpriced for mediocre Italian food. Disappointed and honestly for the price, would much rather go to Josie's or Wood & Fire, where you will get a real authentic meal for close to the same price.

I have been coming to this Rotelli’s location for almost 20 years now, and my experience here has been positive. The owner is very nice and friendly and is always accommodating to the customers needs, not once have I ever been disappointed by her performance. She’s very funny & nice, and overall just a wholesome person to be around. You can tell she works incredibly hard to satisfy the needs all of her customers, she’s a very responsible, caring, & hard-working business owner. The servers here are also very nice and alway focus on assisting the customers needs. The food is phenomenal, and not once has it been sub-par for me. Parking here is not an Issue, as they have plenty of parking. They also have a wheelchair accessible entrance. They have one of the best cheese pizzas I have ever tasted throughout my entire life in my own opinion. They also make the best spaghetti and meatballs, the food is always delicious and never disappointing. I would highly recommend dining in this establishment, as they have been treating me like family for almost 20 years now. Whenever you are in the Boynton Beach Area, dine at this Rotelli’s Location. You won’t be disappointed!
