The staff is always friendly and attentive. It's a decent sushi and hibachi restaurant with something for everyone. Reasonably priced as far as sushi places go and we always have leftovers.
Saitos used to be Excellent for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation dinners, etc.
Now it's just okay for a last-minute dinner with the family. They lost their customer experience touch, the atmosphere felt forced and not as friendly. The service was rushed and not as attentive, yet they expect an 18% gratitude for anyone sitting at the hibachi section (nom negotiable), mind you, irregardless of their mediocre service.

This Saito is way smaller compare to the other Saito in downtown and wellington . They still offer sushi here at this location. The sushi was very good. Hibachi was good as well. Service not so good. Not friendly. Not attentive. Slow. 18% gratuity automaticallyincluded, maybe that's why Service aren't as good here .
