The hibachi chef was amazing and very charismatic! The experience felt rushed though. It was my first time at this location and had previously experienced Saito in west palm beach. I was expecting about the same or better since they weren't that busy, but it felt like we were being rushed off the hibachi table as soon as the chef was done and gave us our food.
The staff is always friendly and attentive. It's a decent sushi and hibachi restaurant with something for everyone. Reasonably priced as far as sushi places go and we always have leftovers.
Saitos used to be Excellent for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation dinners, etc.
Now it's just okay for a last-minute dinner with the family. They lost their customer experience touch, the atmosphere felt forced and not as friendly. The service was rushed and not as attentive, yet they expect an 18% gratitude for anyone sitting at the hibachi section (nom negotiable), mind you, irregardless of their mediocre service.
