So we went to Sal's in Boynton Beach recently. We went for their early bird offerings. The food was great as usual, but the service there was horrible. We waited twenty minutes after we had finished eating just to receive our bill. Then we were told the credit card system wasn't' working correctly so they gave us our change in cash after paying by credit card, so somehow that was working. But the place wasn't very crowded but still the service was horrible and seemed to take way longer than it should have. And the menu also stated that they offer free coffee or dessert during the early bird dinner time. But we were never offered that, and after waiting so long for our bill there is no way we were going to stick around any longer than necessary. We just wanted out. And our server seemed to make it a point to avoid us whenever possible. The early bird offerings do not include soup or salad, so if you want either it costs another $3.99, so by then it's almost the same price as the regular dinner time offerings. Another big scam. I observed another patron offering to take his bill up to the counter and pay it himself and he was told that he must wait for his server to do it. We surely won't be going back there.

Way over priced for a neighborhood restaurant. Other local venues cheaper and excellent food. Their Pizza is a cardboard picture looks good but this as paper and no cheeses on top. Their food is nothing to rave about. So I go elsewhere. Ninos or Portobellos early birds just rock .

Tried ordering take out but was told their menu from their website was over 3 years old and they don't have the items we wanted. I asked if they had an updated menu and she said yes in the store. ..

I ordered a medium pizza with onions peppers and mushrooms which turned out to be $25 for 6 slices of the tiniest “medium” pizza I’ve ever seen- was more like a personal pizza and only average in quality - for that $ should at least be the best pizza ever made! Also, tried to use a credit I had with Grubhub but got a notification that I was unable to use it at Sals at that time…

Service was terrible , waited 25 minutes for food and it came cold. The heavy set Waitress did not come to our table to bring us cold food and and me to put a top in . Very disappointed, when Family and Friends come from out of town the first place I bring is to Sal’s but last Friday night was terrible.

First time customer. Placed call in order for baked ziti, garlic bread and salad. The food was ready very quickly and pickup was easy. The ziti was excellent, nice and cheesy and sauce was tasty. Garlic rolls were very good and salad was good too.
