Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.

I have ate at Sarku Japan for the past 33 years. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff are always polite and friendly. Every customer is treated with respect and dignity. All my friends rave about “Sarku” Japanese food in Boynton Beach and is the best!

It’s been one of my favorite spots in town regardless of the emptiness in the mall. They always have the most customers there aside of the surrounding establishments. My favorite dish is the chicken teriyaki, extra chicken with vegetables, no rice. Thank you for the great food and sticking around for so long Sarku Japan!

Been eating here since 2010s even up to this day I get 4 meals every time I visit the mall. The staff is very nice and understanding . I haven’t had no problems with them at all . One improvement I wish they could do it bring back that red homemade spicy sauce that they made the meal have a better taste they used to carry it . But I will be be coming back you have a loyal customer here thanks for your service

I ordered on uber eats , the food has 0 flavor and I mean 0 even the veggies tasted old , the chicken was super dry and the noodles is literally just dry noodles ? Never again

These guys should open their own stand-alone restaurant. I've been a patron since 1996. Consistent good food.

Been going to Sarku for years. One of the original Boynton Beach Mall food court restaurants. The shrimp and chicken stir fry combo and chicken and vegetables stir fry are the best. White rice is soft and delicious and the fried rice is such a treat. I also recommend the noodles which are well worth the upcharge. The staff are friendly and personable and make the stir fry fresh in front of you each time.

I came here because I miss Tokyo San in the Wellington Green Mall. It’s good just not Tokyo San!

Pretty shocked at just how bad their "fried" rice is. The meat was better than I expected from a mall food court but I cannot get over how bad that rice was.

Ordered delivery and they got the 1 of my orders wrong, they put beef in it when I don’t eat beef. Tried my 2nd order and it was not good at all
