Scoops Ice Cream & Milkshake Bar

Scoops Ice Cream in Boynton Beach is such a gem! It’s a super cute and aesthetic ice cream parlor with a warm, family-owned feel. Beyond their indulgent ice cream creations, they also offer homemade baked goods and even their own hand-crafted chocolates.

I tried a medium ice cream along with one of their homemade Dubai chocolate bars. The ice cream was rich and indulgent, but perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. The chocolate bar had an amazing texture, with just the right ratio of filling to chocolate, and the flavor was spot-on.

They also serve over-the-top milkshakes and other fun concoctions, so there’s definitely something for everyone with a sweet tooth. Between the quality of the treats, the friendly atmosphere, and the family-run charm, Scoops is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍦🍫✨

Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from (that are locally made fresh for the store) as well as specialty milkshakes. There are also quite a few displays of candies and other treats. Inside and outside seating with a great staff. A great memory to have with my friend at an independent business.

Amazing and cute spot! Stopped here by accident and I think my fiancé and I found our new favorite spot!

First time i stopped by with my niece. She had a banana split which was finished really quick, and I had the Premium Colossal Milkshake --Strawberry Cheesecake deluxe shake 12 out of 10. Zina was very pleasant and helpful. With the drive. Will be back.

Zina waited 10 minutes past store closing time so my family and I could try scoops for the first time. Exceptional customer service, she was such a nice lady. The ice cream is amazing and so is the environment. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend everyone to try this place. Best ice cream shop in delray/boynton area.

My first time visiting and I absolutely love it! I got a Caribbean Smoothie and it was DELICIOUS!!! PERFECT for a hot day. Thank You Zina for the excellent customer service as well!

Poor customer service my patient daughter drop us off here so her mom can have ice cream my patient asked for chocolate chip but didn’t expect the ice cream to be vanilla so we paid for the ice cream my patient took a little scoop of the ice cream didn’t like it so I gave it back to the owner and my patient wanted chocolate ice cream instead so the owner made my patient a new cup of ice cream and literally wanted to charge us again horrible

What a wonderful surprise to find myself in a pink fantasy land of 25 different cakes, penny candy, huge gum balls and the BEST part...... 30 ice cream and sherbert flavors. You may not remember all of their exotic names, but you will never forget the taste of this extroidinaty ....real homemade .....rich and creamy ice cream. Scoops is my go - to for real, ol fashioned comfort food..... The ultimate dessert experience for the entire family!

Zina was great

This place is wonderful as it’s so colorful and welcoming! The style is so unique and the staff are not just kind but funny! Personally, I love the smoothies as there so fresh and great! I would definitely recommend this place! They had pictures of what some of the menus items look like and wow, I must say…THEY LOOK SO GOOD AND DETAILED!! Each deluxe milkshake has their deluxe feature! I never tried them, but they really do look deluxe!

I’m continuing this review and let me just say that when I first walked into scoops, my mind was blown away! The vibe was surrounded by cute stuffy‘s and just a type of welcoming vibe that not a lot of ice cream places possess. It was just so different and fun but when I looked over my head, I saw the most insanely items on there!

Like, I wasn’t that hungry before entering but now? I could just stare at those amazing treats! When the word “scoops” ran in my head, I thought - “Oh, some good ice cream.” What I thought was correct but what I didn’t think about was all the other amazing looking treats they have! As I learned from someone if you want to have a “sweat treat” with high quality ingredients, come to scoops! I mean come on- Some of the milkshakes come with a big chunk of cake! Speaking of cakes, they also serve ice cream cakes I think!

(I saw some cakes in the refrigerator) They also have cookies in the front and way more things on the menu that look super good! Def would recommend, if you want a “Sweat treat!”

If you’re trying to be healthy or eat cleaner, not to worry!! (Kinda me) I come in for a smoothie a lot and you would think they have some hidden ingredient to make it great! The true secret is that I looked at the ingredients and it’s all clean and healthy!

Personally I like the Caribbean smoothie. But Scoops has everything from cakes, cookies, ice cream and they have their own desserts, that they created. If you want fresh quality desserts you should got to scoops where they make everything the same day it is sold. Also on top of all that they are the some of nicest people you will ever meet. So if you are ever in the mood for a sweet treat you should go to scoops.

I was very skeptical being the price for a small (but one size) milkshake being almost $14 but i have to say this did not disappoint and it’s fantastic. The size of the cup does not represent the quality at all.
