This was my first time visiting Smoothie King and it was such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, Laniya was so friendly and welcoming. She had a great attitude, took her time explaining the menu, and helped me choose something I’d really enjoy. You can tell she cares about what she does and makes sure customers leave happy.

I ordered the açaí bowl and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The texture was smooth and creamy, the fruit was fresh and sweet, and the granola gave it the perfect crunch. Everything tasted so balanced and refreshing. It wasn’t too sweet or heavy, just light, flavorful, and really satisfying.

Thanks to Laniya for the amazing customer service and for making my first visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon

It is very very unfortunate my favorite daily product went from 2.99 to 6.99 in one day. that is abuse of pricing. Sorry I will not be returning. Sooo sad to do this to consistent customers.

I stopped by at 8:50 PM on September 11, 2025 and two young ladies were there and one of them was very mean and was given attitude I guess because they close at 9 PM and I walked in 10 minutes before closing didn’t want to serve me so I had to leave but very, very, very poor Customer Service This is a place that I stop by and support a lot by buying smoothie. Thank you.

Disappointing Service Experience at Smoothie King

I have never encountered such bad service before. It seems Smoothie King has hired young employees who lack proper customer service skills and have miserable attitudes. I walked in excited to treat myself to my favorite Go Coconuts, especially because of the Nutella topping, but my experience was far from pleasant.

Usually, the staff does a great job on giving toppings, and I appreciate it when staff accommodate my requests for more Nutella as they put a light amount. However, this time, the young lady, Onika, had an attitude from the moment I entered. Not only was she unfriendly, but the way she prepared my Go Coconuts was unacceptable. She simply tossed the ingredients together and gave me a disappointingly small portion.

After spending nearly $15, I expected much better. I’ve always enjoyed Smoothie King, but this experience has made me reconsider. It’s clear the quality of service has declined, and I am truly disappointed.

Huge thanks to Smoothie King Boynton Beach for fueling both my pregnancies. I was extremely sick during both pregnancies & my nutrition suffered. Whenever I could stomach it, I would book it to Smoothie King Boynton for the vegan mango kale and it truly helped me soooo much. The staff is amazing, always goes above & beyond to make me feel like a regular. Thanks smoothie king for helping me carry my babies!!!!

The service was so pleasant asoon as I walked in I was greeted by Miguel he helped me out with my order he is honestly the best and with the help of Jayla she was just as pleasant they Always take care of me and the smoothies are the best I don’t like any other places will definitely come back

I know we live in Boyton, but the lady working behind the counter had no idea what I was saying, I ordered a Strawberry Gladiator, gave me options that weren’t available, and then proceeded to make me a peanut butter smoothie. Which I’m allergic to. So that was fun.
