Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey.
Mango-Pineapple Bowl
We blend mango, pineapple and banana with coconut milk to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola (contains cashews and almonds). I don’t usually leave reviews, but Sobol absolutely deserves the spotlight! This hidden gem opened in 2022, and I can confidently say it blows every other açaí bowl place out of the water. Stopped in to get iced coffee and a snack and left with a Belgium waffle for myself and an açaí bowl for my husband. I received a generous serving of peanut butter on my waffle which had a lot of flavor for not having anything else on it. You have the option to customize and I was trying to minimize my sugar intake. It also had a nice crunch and was not dry. Amazing place! Outstanding Service! Everything is fresh & delicious! The Acai with homemade granola & the Belgian waffle were both incredible! The owner, Michelle has such passion for her business.
