Thisbokase service is horrible. Three times in a role been there and waited for over 15-20 minutes pressing the buttons even getting out the car and try another screen by the tables and nothis. Left on all three rime to another place due to the poor service here.

Ordered and paid for a peppermint brownie milkshake got just vanilla ice-cream in a cup with some peppermint on top of it

Every couple of months I go back thinking maybe this time it will be good,well it never is,probably some of the worst food and service I’ve had yet.

Garbage just shut it down. Medium fries same size of the happy meal fries, chilli on the bottom of the hot dog barely none. Cup full of ice not enough of drink smh wrap is garbage. And it smells around the whole building. Food places in Boynton is garbage

Im writing this review after 3 times of having my upgrades missing . Watch out for that. They also have not refund an escalated ticket. The pull up service i dont have problem. Just when I leave and my additional needs, flavor add on are missing. Even recently i had cinnamon bites instead of a burger. Im all good for a couple mistakes but this loaction is consistent. You also take a fair shot if the soda machine is calibrated properly.

Completely unstaffed + unlocked at 5PM on a Sunday night ... no cars in staff parking, lights and grills all on inside, saw 1 random girl walking around but she was missing when we peaked in (hiding in the fridge in back?)

Up to 5 cars of customers waiting, lets see how long it takes for anyone to answer the ordering stations 🥲

Edit: about 34 minutes from first arriving, a young man began answering the stations in rapid order, guess there was more than 1 person out of sight in the back but we eventually got our food and drinks.

Fast quality food. Best fast food! Update had to remove a couple stars, ordered a combo meal, hamburger ice cold, tighten up stop slackin.

Ordered through doordash. Tater tots, mozz sticks, cheddar peppers, soft pretzel twists and they gave us NO sauce at all even though we ordered it and they were all clearly supposed to come with a sauce and we didnt even get a ketchup. Unacceptable.

This is the slowest fast food restaraunt in Florida, bar none. It doesn't matter if you order ahead or not, you'll still probably wait 20-30 minutes.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Was placing order and the woman on the intercom said to me “hurry,hurry”. I was like “I’m sorry are you in hurry?” She said to me “ I refuse to give you service go somewhere else!”

I waited for over 15 mins on my drink. Not a fancy drunk or shake. A soda, solo ordered. Very very poor execution. I want a refund because y'all made me late for work, but nobody answers the phone at the restaurant so I don't even know why you provide a number.
