There service is terrible. Waited 45 mins for 2 slushies

Sitting waiting for my order for 40 minutes. I ordered 3 slushies. Ahead in the app. This is insane it take 1 minute to pour a drink

Thanks for replying with a phone number that doesn't work. Last night I arrived at 9:50pm, pushed the red button and it wasn't until I pushed it a second time my order taken. I watched on the display the history of my order. Ten minutes after my order was placed I was advised a car hop was on the way, but they never arrived. I watched as other orders for customers who arrived after me got their orders and drove off. Finally I flagged an employee and ask her check the status of my order as I was sitting for for 40 minutes. After she came out with the third order after me asking about my order, she finally came to me and said my order was given to a delivery driver in error and they were remaking mine. After 50 minutes of waiting my order finally was given to me. Got home and to my surprise my order was not fresh as the burgers were very dry and not hot. The icing on the cake was that I was missing an item that I payed for and did not receive. Not a happy customer. I would be embarrassed if I was this stores owner.

This Sonic likes to upcharge you. You can order a meal and they will add a large fry and drink to it. The combo is supposed to be $8.99 till the guy charged for a large drink, and large fry. I did not ask for a large of anything. I didn't pay and left. give people what its supposed to come with.

It says they close at 1am, and on the 02/07/2025 I was there by 12am / 12:10am and not answer on the machine. I waited for 15 min and left

Food was good for the price, they always have some kind of a sale going. The car hop was very courteous when she brought the food out.

Wow wish I had read the reviews before I decided to order on the app for this location.

Ordered to go and ate at home, but shame on me for not inspecting the food more closely.

Server was very pleasant. And I didn’t wait very long as I checked in on the app.

Ordered double cheeseburgers and cream slushes along with chicken wraps. The wraps were not good to look at but tasted fine. The double cheeseburgers burgers ended up only being single patties. The slushes were missing the ice cream entirely. Shame on me for assuming it was all made correctly. Won’t be back.

Changing my previous review. Not sure what happened today, but after placing my order, I saw on the screen the food was coming, but never came. I wasn't concerned until the car next to me, who came well after I ordered received their food. That's when I asked about my order. First, they gave me no napkins. Then, the food was cold. I asked the server to please replace the cold fries which I'm sure allthay was done was 0ut them under the light for a few to re-warm them, because they were barely warm when he came back. The TTBLT was cold, dry, and with no mayo. Not a great experience.

Ordered through the app, got 4 items and took 35 minutes for them to come out. No one would answer the intercoms, one did and then didn’t answer our question. Dude dropped our bag in the car and food was cold

Sun glare on the menu kiosks made it hard to order. TH burger was good, hot Fresh. The chicken sandwich was good but spicy and did not mention spicy on menue that we could tell. Tots were good but onion rings had a pancake batter taste and greasy.Service was quick. Need more drive up trash cans so that after eating in the car to dispose of trash. There was only one at the beginning of the lane and certainly not enough for 15 to 25 car spaces

The ice cream we got keeps getting more and more watery each time we went and they keep getting our order wrong

They literally take over 20 minutes and the parking lot reeks of sewage!!!!

Well, we came for a large banana shake. What I received was not a banana shake. And it was far from a large. First off it was a large cup of ice cream that filled about 2/3 of the cup and the remainder of the cup had a squirt of whipped cream. When she handed it to me I pointed out the cup was not full and she said they were having equipment problems. When she ran in to charge my credit card I started eating it and there were no bananas in the shake. (Cup of ice cream) When asked she stated they don’t use real bananas anymore, that they use a puree. The straw was useless because it was just a cup of ice cream. When I got to the bottom there was a yellow blob of puree at the bottom that had a banana flavor. Basic rip off… 1/3 empty cup, not a shake, and still charged me over $7 and change for it. I won’t be going back!

On top of that it smelled like a sewer outside. Not sure if it was their business our something near by.
