I go to Starbucks almost every day, I never wrote a review. Why now. Best service ever. Gabriel is amazing.

Took 20 minutes and all I got was a croissant and a grande coffee There was nobody ahead of me it was made wrong twice first time they didn’t give me my cold foam and then the second time they added cinnamon after I said no cinnamon topping and extra pump of sugar (which i also didn’t receive) So I got the cinnamon I didn’t want and no extra sugar I could not even wait to get my order fixed because like I said it took 20 minutes and at this point I was already late for class! terrible Wait time But the workers were nice, I guess

Much better coffee shops in the area attitudes are kind of smug. They don’t accept US cash so I literally ended up leaving the store with nothing because they wouldn’t take cash. I think Starbucks has outlived itself

I really liked the feel of this Starbucks. Sort of a wine bar energy. A touch smaller than other Starbucks but in a good way. Good place to do some work, study or host a small meeting. Glad I stumbled upon this location.

ordered a Frappuccino with no whipped cream. It was given to me with whipped cream in the crumbles, and the syrups on top. I tell her it was supposed to be no whipped cream. She wipes the whipped cream off, Gives it to me without the toppings, No crumbles, no mocha, no nothing. I asked the lady again if she can put the crumbles and the syrups on it. She goes and puts whipped cream on it to add the syrups and the cookie crumbles, and I said, no whipped cream, I just want you to add the toppings without the whipped cream. She empties out my cup 😑 and tell the guy to make it again. He was nice the other two girls horrible and the one that took my order cause I repeatedly said NO WHIPPED CREAM to her but must have been in a rush to leave cause after me she grabbed her things and a drink and left.

They’re friendly, but their service is incredibly slow. I won’t be returning to this establishment. The constant movement and chatter of people around the bar make it difficult to get a drink served quickly.

Watched 4 people get their Uber eats order Before me and I was there way before themwhile I sat there waiting so I just canceled
Worst experience and I will be contacting corporate ! I was inside T-Mobile and sent my African American boyfriend inside to grab me a coffee and he asked to used to restroom first Dani asked him if he was going to make a purchase first and he was upset and left . After I was done at the store next door I walked over to get my coffee and he was able to use the restroom HOWEVER as we sat we watched the whole staff allow 2 white women inside the restroom WITHOUT ever asking if they where going to make a purchase first !!! COMPLETE RACISM

Slow service and After I ordered a Frap with $1 tip and the preparer left a very MESSY outcome with whipped cream all over the sides of the drink cup. Won’t come back to this place Is that how you treat a customer after $1 tip on top of $7.00?
