When I walked into this Starbucks, I immediately felt welcomed. Lola, a lovely young woman greeted me with a kind smile and a warm, friendly approach. She engaged in conversation with me without pressuring me to order right away. I appreciated how she made me feel so at home that I had to inquire about her name. The general manager, Zac, was also very pleasant and professional.I really enjoy this Starbucks location! Everywhere is clean and organized. The decor reminds me of the original Starbucks in New York, The Village, with its cozy and cool design.I suggest trying out this comfortable Starbucks location, you are going to enjoy it!!

I had to ask for a bag to pack my own food and mind you I ordered 4 items plus my 2 drinks. They didn't even offer me a cupholder. Next time I'll tip last

This location has their food up to date on the app well. Most other stores I've been to don't. It's over all on the clean side when it's not to busy (like any location) What I would say is that l have been going here for over 8 years now and the management team has diminished. I waited 40 minutes for a drink my app told me was going to be 10 and the manager said nothing. But because I go there so much I've gotten use to learning to wait longer than the app says now. So word to the wise, order about 5 mins before you normally would!!

The atmosphere is not work friendly at all. The coworker with short brown hair and blonde end talks and complains to muchhhhhhhhhh. The entire time I was there to do my work, the employee just complained about their job, loudly.

Johnathan at this Starbucks location deserves recognition and promotion. Despite visiting over 20 Starbucks stores, it took five years to finally receive a perfectly crafted salted caramel cold brew. The attention to detail and dedication Johnathan displayed in getting the drink right, with the proper foam and salt, sets him apart from others. His commitment to quality stands out, especially compared to other employees who use shortcuts or incorrect ingredients. I sat here waiting for my order as every member of the team knew almost every customer who came in the door. I mistakenly sent my order to the wrong store (doh) and they were super gracious to get it fixed for me. There isn't a drive thru but they move through order quickly and have a great environment to enjoy while you wait.
Philthiest starbucks I have ever seen. Lazy worker making the tea drinks, his station is a mess. The guy keeps complaining about things to his coworkers and scratching his face. I am sitting at the "bar" and waiting to see if he picks up a rag and cleans up his mess. Glad I ordered a drip coffee.

Coming to this specific Starbucks is always the highlight of my weekend mornings. The team is extremely professional, as well as they are friendly. The store manager Zachary Lafrance clearly leads by example. Two weeks after I did not get the opportunity to get my Starbucks there, I was able to return and Zachary still remembered my name from when I gave it to him that one time before. Seriously this Starbucks does not get enough recognition.
