I have lived in the area for years... There are several close Starbucks establishments but this one is by far the best! The manager, Katy, really seems to keep the store CLEAN and running smoothly. I never wait long and my drink always tastes amazing. ALSO, she is just really nice and helps maximize your rewards... WIN WIN.

Stopped in for classic Starbucks coffee (cafe verona).on Saturday morning August 9 2025 .Employee Katy was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed hanging out. Noticed that Katy was also busy cleaning tables and keeping the area tidy. Very nice ! She's a keeper ! The food offerings could be improved but I'll be back. For me it's all about the coffee and the ambiance.

Impressive strategy. Placing the Starbucks conveniently located at the entrance to the store and the target shopping carts happen to have cup holders. Thirsty shoppers are really tempted to make a purchase at Starbucks. I know I couldn't resist. 🤣 I shopped at the Target location in Green acres Florida. The store was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. 👍 They offered to remake my drink when I complained about the flavor being different tasting a little weaker than what I remember from the past. 🙂👍

I stopped by this Starbucks #13563 , 1500 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach Fl on Friday Dec 6, 2024 and was greeted by Hayden with a smile . He accurately noted my drink ( iced espresso, 6 shots in a venti, extra ice, whip cream and extra cinnamon dolce powder ( on top of the ice & whip cream) as well as ordered a twice toasted croissant 🥐 since it was shortly after noon time. Alexine made my “staple” drink perfectly, just the way I prefer it. It’s a flavorful drink with no addl add on’s. I refer to it as my “staple” drink as I drink it often, regardless of the time of day! The croissant was also delicious to have for a lite lunch item. While I do not live in the area, I will definitely return to this Starbucks when I’m in the area. It’s convenient, and not to far from I95 N or S bound! Thanks !!

Ms. Kathleen Becker is true 5 star store manager! I asked once for pre-packaged iced coffee but since they sell this item fast she promised to call me soon as store receives new order! 2 weeks after, this awesome lady, called me in the morning to pick up my packaged boxes of coffee! People simply don’t provide this type of honest human service any more. She was super nice even in the past , just passing by her at this location at Gateway Blvd. at Boynton Beach, FL! Had a rough day wanted a quick pick me up and asked for an iced chai with no ice the girl said “ so iced but no ice” and i clarified id like it cold but i don’t really want tons of ice cubes so just two-three would be fine. The guy that made my drink puts it on the counter and gives me a dirty look staring at me for a second and mumbling as I said thank you, only to look down and see a drink full of ice. I usually don’t make requests for my drinks since i know people can be ridiculous but come on. There’s even a note on the order sticker that says 2 cubes. I usually love this starbucks

Went this morning before my daughter’s ACT test and they gave me something different from what I ordered. Not sure who got it wrong the lady that took my order or the girl that did the drinks (she was chatting and talking to her co-workers the entire time). Did not have time to have them redo them.
