Excellent service and wonderful staff. Belated 5 Star Review. I saw that I still have it starred on maps. I just remembered I was going to 5 Star this location. I was driving up to Lake Worth everyday I wasn’t out of town for over 6 months. Having to leave very early in the morning to beat traffic with no morning coffee and hitting this store got me set for the day. The commute was terrible, if I would have waited an hour to leave the drive would have taken 3 times as long and I would have been late everyday. Thanks! And Thanks Again!

Starbucks is loud when people are there and not when it is empty. Still a favorite place to meet up with people.
Vegetarian options: Small packaged items that could be described as vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: I am sensitive to dairy so I appreciate the non-dairy options. The following are milk/milk-like options they have available to choose from: Almond milk, Soy milk, Oat milk, whole milk, 2% milk, and half and half. There may be more.
Sugar-free options are also available. Sugar-free syrups for the special drinks, stevia, sweet and low, equal, Splenda, honey, white Sugar, and brown/ natural Sugar. They may have agave syrup too; but, I can't remember.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, kid-oriented food/ drink options, and a free wi-fi internet connection. That's about it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are accessibility options but I am unsure what they are and to what extent they exist. I saw parking spots, a special table, and bars in the restroom. That's all I know sorry.

The service was very bad, I asked for something that they charged me for and then they told me there wasn't any, the cashier is an incompetent person who didn't know how to tell me that they didn't have my order and she didn't give me the invoice, acting crazy by not giving it to me. I was very upset today with him. service

After waiting an excessive amount of time in there drive thru line I received the incorrect order. I ordered a tall hot peppermint white mocha but received a peppermint Mocha instead. I went inside the store and made them aware of the mistake for them only to remake the drink and for it to taste like peppermint flavored water. Not the best way to start my morning.

Messed up my order adding cookie crumbles to the order when I requested caramel crunch, then try to scrape off the top of the order that was wrong and replaced it with caramel crunch and whipped cream, and tried to hand it to me, then got upset with me because I asked them to remake the drink that I paid for

Clean bathrooms. Lots of people working, very spacious location. Staff were kind and polite.
Drinks are always made perfectly , the bacon in the gouda sandwich has been so rubbery and almost looks light pink lately.

As soon as I got to the front counter I felt this annoyed energy from the barista taking my order. Almost every starbucks i’ve gone to have had the sweetest people ever in this position. I understand if you’re having a bad day but customer service is crucial in this line of work. Not only was she rude to me but proceeded to give me the complete opposite of what I had asked for. I am highly allergic to dairy and she gave me a regular iced matcha after I had specifically asked for a non dairy version. Once I drove all the way back to tell her the order was wrong she proceeded to point the finger at me and say “well I asked if you wanted oat milk” with an attitude. I would’ve been fine with any plant based milk she gave me at that point because of what I had told her but instead she proceeded to give me 2% after I started off with the fact that it needed to be non dairy. Just an upsetting experience.
