I love going to Starbucks and seeing Mia. She is amazing. She’s always friendly, kind, and remembers you by name; she is very sincere. Been going to this one for many years and she really stands out! Thank you for not just serving coffee, but bringing a little sunshine to the days!

Apart from ambience nothing is so great.
Poor customer service and employees are poorly trained.
Such a horrible place to get just a simple coffee.
Have to wait for atleast 20minutes to just receive a wrongly made coffee in an empty store.

bad experience went in with my boyfriend and we tipped and they didn’t even let us know when our stuff was ready by the time we realized the ice was melted and it was almost like water how hard is it to just say “hey your order is ready” and they didn’t even ask us for the name, the hispanic looking girl with blonde highlights made a face when we only
tipped $1, we don’t even have to tip and we usually tip more, she didn’t even say thank you, this is unbelievable wouldn’t recommend all the ladies on that shift on 10/5 need re-training you’re telling me

I come here to just get some work done like everyone else and everytime i come here they never call up the name so
i’m sitting waiting at the long rectangle table having no idea it’s ready and then i look and it’s ready like how am i supposed to know Whoever was on shift on 10/5/25 please train these 3 ladies better, i tip everytime too and the spanish looking girl made a face when i only tipped a dollar when i usually tip more, i don’t have to tip anything and she doesn’t even say thank you it’s ridiculous man. By the time i realized the drink was ready the ice is already melted and its water. i’m a GM at marcos on gateway so i know how customer service should be it’s ridiculous seriously, so please get the spanish looking girl in check i didn’t catch her name but she has like fake lashes, crazy man

Just the worst Starbucks. I hate that’s it’s the only one close to me. They always get my drink order wrong and I just went in to ask if they added my espresso shot and the young woman was arguing with me about it instead of just offering to make it again. I could have just paid for another too but the fact she started to argue was really disappointing. I’m 30 years old and work in the service industry, I normally never complain or ask for any changes and just accept what I get but this Starbucks is EVERY TIME something is wrong and the staff just stand there dumb founded while just repeating your complaint back to you. Like cmon. I am absolutely done going to this Starbucks I’ve given up hoping that one time I’m not wasting my money

Starbucks corporate doesn't make it easy for some customer options today, like not brewing bold coffee after 12p. You can ask for a pour over but it is a pain for the workers. We had to do it twice and the same employee helped both times. She was friendly and did not push me to get something my mother doesn't like because it was easier.

6/15/25 Yuck! Fly in drink!!! The first issue was the inside store part of this location was closed and only the drive thru was open causing a back up of cars. I did a mobile pick up order so I had to wait in the super long car line even though my order was already ready inside the store.Then, I took the first sip of my cappuccino and felt something in my mouth. When I spit it out, I saw it was a fly!! Absolutely disgusting! I will not be returning to this location.

What’s the point of having a store in a prime location if they run out of stuff, have the inside closed off no explanations and their drive through? Needs some major change so it does work properly. Messes up orders all the time too.
