I had such a lovely experience at this location the other day! The new manager Lila is so sweet! She was communicating with her team so well and the service felt so personal yet professional. My beverage was perfect and both my food and beverage were brought to my table! Lila also gave my two kiddos starbucks and coffee themed coloring sheets to take home! I have been to several coffee shops, but the employees at this location genuinely care.

The employees were very patient with me while I had questions about the menu, Taylor was very helpful with answering my questions! I got my order quickly and everything was the way I wanted it to be. The inside was very clean and patio seating was well maintained. Very friendly staff and very nice location.

Witnessed how the manager screamed at one of the baristas who was helping me when I came through the drive thru today. It broke my heart because it was a young girl who reminded me of my daughter who is in college right now. In no way, shape, or form, should someone be treated like that in their workplace, especially by a manager who is supposed to lead by example. That barista had more professionalism than that manager could ever have. Right after her manager left, she didn’t scream back or anything, she just went back to attending me.
I’m not sure what the discussion was, but the manager threatened to write her up. Ultimately, this should’ve been discussed in private, not in front of a bunch of other employees and customers. I wish I had the district managers name or email because this is definitely something that needs to be addressed. I feel bad for the girl, she clearly was trying her hardest to keep it together. Ruined my day seeing workplace abuse happen in person.

Store manager Rob has to do better. 1/24 morning rush. Has a sharpie in his mouth. Then grabbing it with his hands. Touching everything item behind the counter. Plus customers drink. (Why is a sharpie in the ice tray for an iced drink, open sharpie in his hand with the cup sideways ) No smiles no communication with his team or customers at all. Im choosing a new location

I love this location so much. I work in the plaza, so I need something to comfort me every morning, and they delivered me exactly what I want. Customer service is top-notch, and the note on the drink is cute as well.
Thank you to the worker here who is very thoughtful. Also, I want to thank the employee who gave out an extra drink through a gift card on Tuesday evening while I was just wandering, waiting for my drink. It made my day!

I have an issue with an order. I don’t know the location and decided to come to this one instead was extremely pleased with the service. Chris and Bri went out of our way to make sure that everything was taken care of properly and efficiently. Highly recommend recommend this location.

Typical Starbucks with friendly and hardworking staff. The only exception is this location has a number of circulating flies in the food display cabinet. Not very appetizing.

They don’t know how to blend a matcha, we actually came from the Starbucks by Wellington and same thing happened I. Hopes of getting our favorite drink, we were disappointed. Matcha was very very sour no taste at all. We got the starberry cold fold matcha with strawberry puree

I just had the best experience at this location. I ordered a drink I never had before, a Café con Leche, but it didn’t come out how I had imagined it. I ended up going inside to not hold up the line and Jake and Chris took the time to figure out what I was envisioning. They were so helpful and had such a sweet demeanor! Very thankful for this quick and efficient customer service experience. You guys bust that out!
