I’m not really One to leave reviews, but that’s how bad the service was here. Don’t get me wrong. The food was ok. It would’ve been better if I got the sandwich I ordered, I had to switch orders because The older lady working there said “ Oh, that sandwich is new” She didn’t know how to make it. No customer service whatsoever, Had her phone in between her shirt. She would just stare at me like I didn’t know what was going on. What’s up with subways putting “ Not in service” On all these bathrooms. Had to eat my sandwich with a full bladder, Do what you want with this comment… Only spent $12 So it’s not a big deal, But do better!

I had to send my husband back to subway to get my sub redone. It was nothing how I asked for it to be made. We only live 4 minutes away. Once he arrived he got attitude from both workers stating they weren’t remaking it or they would recharge them. She called the owner and he told her to make it over. They need customer service training. YOU DO NOT HEAT MAYO.

This was a bad service. The lady who was on the phone with someone else and I understand that but other than that she literally persuaded to skip me when I was literally ready to order and got the other people behind me and that was so unprofessional. Like I will never I mean never come back her again it was a girl with short braids .i don’t know her name but after today I will never come back

Horrible service. Missing food and they did the absolute most to not fix the issue. WHY WOULD WE GET DELIVERY TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE AND LIE ABOUT A SANDWHICH MISSING . Ridiculous .

I’m gonna tell you a few details why you shouldn’t eat here and if you wanna work here don’t so why you shouldn’t eat here the tables are always the floors are always dirty. Management does not wash their hands at all. The food sometimes rotten because management forget to label this place is horrible. The chips are sometimes expired If you come here at night beware for two women one skinny one kind of chubby they will be rude to you for no apparent reason rushing you with your order And your manager, Melissa is always there. She has no other free time. Other than watching her employees you can’t do anything no hours there whatsoever the store barely has any supplies because they barely make any money please do not come here. It is not worth it.
