Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway before. Made me the most terrible sub I’ve had ever in my life. The lady who made it looked like she was on meth and took 30 minutes creating a huge line to make 3 subs. Not to even mention the terrible drinks they added in the new soda machine with NO ice.

So I came in to get a Subway sandwich. I haven’t been to Subway in about five years. Wanted to give it a try when I walked in. The two staff members were making someone else’s sandwich. They did not greet me at all. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my food and I have to run and go back to work. I will never be coming back to this subway ever again. They treated me like garbage. They should learn customer service and never come to this place. Funny thing is the person who they were making food for they actually greeted lol that’s why they will never a tip….

This place is to be avoided at all cost until management puts some capable people behind on staff. I was picking up an order for delivery and the arrogant jerk behind the counter refused to make the order. He was more interested in socializing with his friend a than preparing the order. After 20 minutes of waiting I l we ft the store. As an FYI, if you are the owner or the manager of this establishment, feel free to reply and I will provide the details.

I go to subway after work for dinner every other day, and the young lady who works when I come in ALWAYS greet me also she always have a smile on her face. She makes sure that I’m satisfied within the few minutes of me being there while ordering. If she doing that for me , I KNOW for a fact she makes sure all her customers is leaving this places satisfied also. She also makes my subs neat if I could I would give her employee of the month lol.

Went yesterday and got the supposedly chicken salad wrap. Worst sandwich ever. It’s not true chicken salad. It’s chunks of chicken put in a wrap. True chicken salad is made with several ingredients but this is just chunks of chicken.

I had an unpleasant experience today at establishment.Upon entering, I encountered a situation where the attendant, who appeared to be preoccupied with a phone call, initially overlooked my presence and failed to acknowledge my greeting. Despite my attempts to engage politely, this behavior persisted even when my brother joined me.When I proceeded to place an order for a Teriyaki chicken, the response I received lacked the expected courtesy. Furthermore, when specifying my preference for Italian bread with cheese, the attendant's demeanor took a negative turn.Regrettably, the interaction culminated in a disrespectful exchange, including the use of inappropriate language from the attendant's end.I believe it is essential for employees to prioritize customer service and refrain from engaging in personal conversations while attending to patrons. Additionally, attention to personal hygiene, such as ensuring eyelashes are not visibly loose, contributes to the overall dining experience.

Subway store 48547-0I went there today to get a tuna sub and the atmosphere, customer service, and the food was outstanding. As soon as I entered into the store I was greeted. Ronaldo gave outstanding customer service. He made sure that my sub was the way that I wanted as well as asked how my day was going. Great service hands down.

Horrible service and atmosphere!!! Never ever going back !! The staff is extremely unprofessional, not happy and annoyed that they are working and using foul language to the customers!! Oh, am Iin Subway or the zoo? So missing the old owners!!!What's happening????

My daughter was there today and purchased 2 ft long sandwiches and then my husband asked our daughter to buy 1 more and the person that is working there seems to be overworked responding with a very unpleasant attitude and telling my daughter that she should have asked for the 3rd sandwich when ordering the first 2 and that she was alone and that was a waist of time! This is unacceptable service in such a well known franchise. I would suggest some customer service training and getting this person some help too.

I ordered two subs online. One was a Steak & Cheese and Chicken Bacon Ranch. The bacon is burnt and the sandwich tastes terrible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the girl who made the sub and told her my issue and that I wanted a refund and she stated that she couldn't help me and that I had to come back tomorrow in the morning and speak to the manager and she had an attitude and hung up on me.I want my refund of $20.91. Terrible Service
