My daughter was there today and purchased 2 ft long sandwiches and then my husband asked our daughter to buy 1 more and the person that is working there seems to be overworked responding with a very unpleasant attitude and telling my daughter that she should have asked for the 3rd sandwich when ordering the first 2 and that she was alone and that was a waist of time! This is unacceptable service in such a well known franchise. I would suggest some customer service training and getting this person some help too.

I ordered two subs online. One was a Steak & Cheese and Chicken Bacon Ranch. The bacon is burnt and the sandwich tastes terrible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the girl who made the sub and told her my issue and that I wanted a refund and she stated that she couldn't help me and that I had to come back tomorrow in the morning and speak to the manager and she had an attitude and hung up on me.I want my refund of $20.91. Terrible Service

This is my normal Subway that I usually go to with my boyfriend and the other day when we went in we immediately left because the lady behind the counter was horrible. Her customer service was terrible and she was telling everybody in the store that she wasn't going to make any bread, she was making sure everybody heard loud enough that she wasn't going to do this or that. And remind you this is around just after 8:00 at night.

It is 6 PM on a Friday afternoon and I walked into a subway with my son. The lady was busy and she was working by yourself. I’ve been to the Sibley a couple of times and she’s usually a very person on edge. I was trying to ask her and tell her what was on my sandwich and she already stopped me and said I already know what’s on the sandwich it’s OK I got you then when I finally tried to tell her what I needed she kept stopping me and let me know if there’s a process and there’s time and she cannot go faster than what she can. This lady is on edge and something is totally wrong with her attitude I plainly tell this lady I am getting two combos with two dessert cookies meaning a sandwich, a drink, a chip and a treat for my son times two this lady was acting like I was stealing chips while I was showing her right in front of me what was there? This lady is so rude..

This Subway is no deserve to get even one star. Sandwich maker was very rude and unprofessional. She did not even wash her hand after finishing mop, straight came to sandwich bar and start making sandwiches.The couple used to run the Subway, Billy and Ellen were excellent. They were very kind and professional with their staff and customer as well. New owner ruined the place. We are visiting our family in boynton beach and we always stop by at this Subway and today we are walk out because her attitude and not following any standards. Be careful before go guys! Should make changes otherwise this Subway door will be closed soon.

I really like Subway, I frequent these places for work, twice I went in and twice I turned around and left when I saw the angry face of the saleswoman. I recommend that the owners of the point pay attention to the employees they hire. Otherwise they will be left without customers.

This location refused the first 50 Heroes sub offer today that a nationwide email was sent out from Subway corporate and all locations should abide by. It's a scam to get people in the door to order something else. They also need to contact IT support and fix or get a new app scanner, it never works and is always an issue to use my app or rewards to pay.

Every Morning I come here and can’t never use my coupons that I get in the mail the cashier always talking bout the owner don’t want us to use them only certain sandwich I can get I’m like I’m sending my money why I can’t get what I want with my coupon.. the bread always to soggy when I put my veggies on it them … & half of the time they be opening late or not open staff be to sleepParking: N/A

Store closes soon I went at around 9:45pm. Both doors were closed and locked but online and on the door it says the store closes at 10pm. I seen a worker inside and somebody standing by the front and it looked like the worker was being instructed on how to make that person's sandwich. I couldn't even go in for cookies and a drink lol. This does sit right with me at all, I'd appreciate the store opening and closing on the given time. Won't be going here anytime soon and will let other people know about this location.
