Unbelievable. Attempted to use a 2 foot longs for 12.99 coupon. Tuna. Was told the first sub would be normal. Second would only have 60% of the normal amount of tuna? Have you ever heard of such a thing?
Not that they care but lost a customer.

This Subway location is, without a doubt, the absolute worst imaginable. From the moment you walk in, it’s like stepping into a fast-food horror show. Let’s start with the service—if you can even call it that. The employees seemed to operate on their own unspoken rule of working as slowly as humanly possible. It felt like the entire crew was on a lunch break at the same time while we, the paying customers, were left to suffer.

The restaurant itself was an utter disaster. Filth covered nearly every surface, making it hard to believe this place passed any health inspection. Tables were dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days, and the condiment station was a grimy mess. There was no semblance of cleanliness or professionalism anywhere in sight. I’ve seen gas station bathrooms that felt more sanitary than this place.

The most infuriating part of the whole experience, though, was the behavior of the staff. One woman in particular was so rude that it almost felt like a deliberate effort to chase customers away. Her demeanor screamed, “I hate my job, and I hate you for being here.” Not once did she offer a smile or even basic courtesy. She snapped at customers, rolled her eyes when asked simple questions, and made the experience as uncomfortable as possible.

And if you’re thinking of placing a mobile order to avoid this mess, think again. She was canceling mobile orders left and right with no explanation or apology. The few unfortunate souls who had placed their orders online were forced to leave empty-handed and frustrated. It wasn’t just me who left unsatisfied—everyone in the store looked miserable, annoyed, and deeply regretful of their decision to even walk in.

Do yourself a favor: go anywhere else in town. I wouldn’t wish this kind of dining experience on my worst enemy. It’s hard to imagine Subway corporate would even want their name associated with this cesspool of bad service, dirt, and general disdain for customers. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the headache by steering clear of this absolute train wreck of a restaurant.

This subway is the worst subway I’ve ever went to. They do not honor any coupons and the demand for tips. (Gigi) Indian lady with pink hair is very rude. Manager is even worse when I asked him about the coupon to honor he said only on the weekends never heard of that very very unprofessional to ask for tips on an eight dollar sandwich. This subway needs to get shut down or a whole new manager and team crew DONT GO HERE !!!!!

worst experience in my life Subway worker named Gigi Indian girl with pink hair was demanding for a tip in front of a crowd full of people when I was only the driver to go pick up the food . This is the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever dealt with. I asked to speak to the managers she told me I got my food I could leave, I will never go back to this SUBWAY® ever again. I’ve been going to that SUBWAY® for years and never came across such thing Even at a restaurant a waitress wouldn’t even say something like that. I understand it’s the holiday times, but that girl does not deserve a job working there. I’m sorry if that’s how she’s going to be treating your customers @ subway manager if there was a zero rating, that’s what I would rate it. Unfortunately, it’s only one. people do not go to this subway, unless you want to get harassed for a tip for a 8$ sub in front of a crowd full of people

Gigi ( the Indian girl with pink hair) the employee was rude and giving attitude. I order my food online and went to pick it up and was demanding a tip!!! I asked for her manager and she said the manager wasn't in. So that's a lie or she was working by herself. Either way you do not demand a tip!!! Everyone in the store said they did not know you had to tip. I would of tip if she did not demand it.

I haven't been back to this Subway for years so today I figured I would try them. I got a 5inch sub with the cheese turned to oil because it was over heated. I mentioned this and asked if she could put one more slice on it. She ignored me. See pic attached. No more Subway for me...Publix subs are by far the best.

She just was acting like she doesn’t want to serve you. She made my subway wrong even though I was asking her nicely. She even burned my bread when I asked her to toast it for me. She was puting such less veggies when I ordered a veggie delite. Not recommending anyone to go to this location.
