Stole my money and no subs ! Don’t ever use this location very sketchy franchise reported to city and state attorneys office. Don’t go to this store(The order did go through. It is obvious this store is canceling because it does not want to honor in app orders and promotions by corporate) *reported*. YOU HAVE BEEN Lying to your customers about machine not being able to handle amount of app orders and no money has gone on my card as of yet and I sure hope the money is on my card within 24 hrs or the state attorney will get a report on these deceptive business practices. I drove all the way to the store for my food. Your pulling funny business and if you don’t want to honor corporate promotions please have them remove your store.

Employee was an older grouchy woman. Told her a BMT ($10) plus Turkey ($1-$2). She rang it up for $17.50! I almost fell over. For one sub? She told me she refused to ring it in that way, and had to charge for each individual item instead. I told her we get this sub all the time at other locations and it comes out to about $13. (Or $15 with a drink and chips.) She couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service. My son was hungry so I paid the outrageous amount and vowed not to return. It’s no wonder that subway was completely empty in a plaza that is completely full.

I receive Subway coupons in the mail.They have a sign up stating that "This location no longer accepts coupons." Fortunately the employee saw my coupons in my.hand before i placed an order so the food was not wasted.

I visit twice per week and I keep coming back because the food is so good. The staff is friendly and great. They know me and they know my order. It doesn't get any better than that!Lest you think I'm giving them high marks because they know me, allow me to reaffirm: they got my business because I their food won me over. I've had a number of regular lunch places over the years: Einstein Bagels, Burger King, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A... Subway wins! It's that simple. And not all Subways are the same. The sandwich I get here is better than at least three other Subway locations in the area. Keep it rolling, Mike and Lisa! You do a wonderful job.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. I'm actually afraid to eat my food right now. I may just throw away $15, which I can't afford to throw away.Stood at the counter waiting for someone to appear for about two minutes. All the food was uncovered, who knows how long its been uncovered. Halfway through her making my sandwich I saw a fly fly away from the food. Bathroom is out of order. Front door is broken so it's just flopping in the wind. Glanced behind the counter while grabbing my drink... the floors are disgusting. Saw a dead fly on the floor of the dining area.Now I'm depressed and hungry.

It’s a shame because this subway looks great inside! So reading over the reviews, clearly this subway is hit or miss. Came here with my family and there is only one employee who clearly doesn’t even know how to make a wrap because mine came completely messy and she couldn’t even toast it for me, which I always get done at other subways. She had to call someone to ask how to make a kids sub, we had to show here where it was on the menu on the wall. Really bad experience. Also, the chips were not fully stocked, and there were only two options. Seems like an employee who doesn’t know what’s on the menu should be left alone to run the store. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of my dilapidated wrap.

Place is dirty I don't think they ever mop the floor or clean the soda machine which makes me wonder how clean everything else is

I work closer to this subway I go for lunch but there is always one person and long lines it's crazy and the women very slow prices are crazy and the amount of things they put is very little like 2 or 3 pieces of lettuce come on lettuce are not the expensive put a Little big more and Hire more people

I recently visited this Subway while on vacation. I have to say it is one of the cleanest and most well managed Subways I have seen. Even with low staff, the employees and who I think was the owner quickly got the line moving. The bread and veggies were fresh too.
