I’m a certified sushi expert. The food is excellent. Fresh. Prepared well. My only issue is it takes a little longer for the food to be delivered to the table. It’s worth the wait however.

IMy job takes me many places and as an avid lover of oriental cuisine I can say that the Sushi Yama in Canyon town center is one nicest I ve had the pleasure of enjoying. Outstanding everything, especially the food.

Absolutely love this place! Sushi Yama in Boynton Beach never disappoints. The sushi is always super fresh, and the variety on the menu is amazing. The vibe is relaxed, and the staff are super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or having a chill dinner, it’s always a good time. Highly recommend the Dragon Roll and the spicy tuna – they’re delicious! Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the area.
