Sweetwater offers a fantastic atmosphere with "speakeasy vibes" and great decor. The cocktails, wine, and food are consistently excellent, with clearly labeled gluten-free options. Standout dishes include the Red Curry Coconut Queso and the Hand Pulled Mozzarella. The bartenders provide exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all guests. The menu may not be the greatest, but the food tastes good, and the dessert brownie is really good. The cocktails are always top-notch, and the tuna tartare is one of the best. The service can be slow at times, but the staff is generally kind and attentive.
