I wanted a exchange or a refund my daughter wasn’t pleased with her order it was undercooked the heavy set manager in the blue shirt said no refunds no exchanges thats what she ordered so no no no I asked to speak to a manager higher then him he said absolutely not he said he was the manager of all the restaurants at the food court .i know he was lying about that but whatever.any other Taco Bell would’ve gave me a refund or exchange this man is a clown for sure I will never eat here again for real

Rip off I came for the happy hour drinks and this location is charging full price and calling it happy hour I will be calling taco bell head quarters and better business bureau to report this as false advertising which is illegal. The owner of the franchise came out yelling at me he doesn't do half off drinks at his location

I had a terrible experience with Manager Al at the Taco Bell location. I ordered a frozen drink, but they didn't have the flavor I wanted, so I was given a different one. Five minutes later, I returned to the long line to ask for a change because I didn't like the flavor I was given. Manager Al refused to change the drink, denied me a refund, and dismissed me completely. His behavior was extremely rude and even racist. I can't believe Taco Bell would have such a person managing their establishment. My hard earned money was put to waste as well as the embarrassment of being ignored and dismissed in front of other paying patrons. A simple flavor exchange would have been okay, but he insisted on being rude, racist and dismissive. I will also be reporting this to Taco Bell’s home office.

Average Taco Bell. What I don’t understand is why Taco Bell is the most expensive fast food place I go to. Also when I ask for fire sauce I have to say how many I want. I can spend $20 ask for sauce get home and fine three in the bag. Guess everything is getting so expensive they are trying to limit waste but if I get a dozen tacos I would think they should give me at least one sauce per taco. Maybe it’s me.

The manager was very very VERY rude! I asked him if the order he was calling out was for a taco supreme? And he rudely said the cashier gave you a receipt. I said no he didn’t (it would have been in my hand if so). The manager then ignored me when I said they and kept yelling for 173. So I figured it was mind because everyone else behind had just ordered a second ago. When I opened the bag my order was completely wrong. Why didn’t I take it back? Well because I didn’t wanna deal with the managers rudeness again and especially if I didn’t have a receipt. My drink was the only correct part. The cashier looked like he was being bothered and annoyed. Watched him almost throw a handful of sauce at the customer in front of me when the customer has the bag open so the cashier could drop it in. But no he shoved them at him and they all landed on the counter. Thankfully I have a Taco Bell across the start from my condo so I think I’ll just go there from now on. Manager and cashier need to learn some customer service manners. And I work in customs service so they definitely didn’t act correctly. Only person who looked nice was the poor guy making all the food. At least I saw one smile out of him

Tues Aug 1st 1:20 pm. Girl at register has an attitude of being inconvenienced and wouldn't respond to any requests I made verbally. I was totally ignored with a countenance of frustration. RAISE THE STANDARD. The core of any business is customer service.
