Bad attitude from the people who work there, I only spoke to him in English and because of my racial profile he told me he doesn't speak Spanish and I was talking to my friend in Spanish and he didn't want to pick up the order only through the computer only they don't want to work and from what consumers we get their salary we talk about the immigrants and the same thing is bad to the immigrants I don't understand anything thanks for the bad service

There’s ants all over the dining room of this location. They were crawling all over the floor. On tables and I even found an ant frozen into an ice cube from the soda machine. Floors appear very dirty .

This is my third visit to Taco Bell, I like the food here, it seems a little expensive, of course, and small portions, but you can’t get enough of them. It’s better than McDonald’s. And I like the size of the sauces that are here.

I just tried my taco and tell me why that thing tasted like it was expired? I spit it out so fast. these people are serving expired food. The meat tasted all wrong. The cheese smelled bad I should have taken that as a sign. Yall need to double check yall food and don’t be like me.

While there is a language barrier—which is understandable—what's not acceptable is the attitude from the drive-thru staff when communication becomes difficult. I also don’t appreciate being called names in Spanish while waiting at the window for my food.
Now, let’s talk about the lack of breakfast options. You’ve just renovated the entire building to make it look modern and updated. Maybe it’s time to get with the times and start serving breakfast.
Sanitation was minimal, and the cockroaches were thriving. Absolutely disgusting. I won’t be eating here again.

Ordered on the app at 7:49pm. No one helped me after 40 minutes. I usually come here several times a week and have never had this issue before. Ultimately left and never got my food. Now I'm just sad I can't go to my local taco bell anymore.
