I don't know if it was new staff.But my wife and i waited for a while and no one offered to take our orders. Just got sat down and told to wait.So we did, and a few other people came in and they got served right away.Even if it was valentines day, the restaurant was dead and people after us as I stated got served .We were excited to try somewhere new and sadly not a good experience.

Went on a Friday night and the place was pretty empty. No one was at the host stand but it was only a minute or so before a young man came to sear us. We were told about the Friday special with very little explanation, but thought it seemed simple enough. We ordered appetizers which came out in a timely manner but that's when things went bad. We were served our appetizer with no silverware, napkins, or plates. There were no employees anywhere to even ask for some. Our dinners came out and we were told that with the special we got a brownie and finally was able to ask for silverware and napkins. We were then told that the brownie was not party of the special but agreed to pay the extra for it. When we got our check we did not get the special price at all and the waitress was no where to be found to correct it. As someone who was a waitress before I always tip well, but in this case I did not leave one as the service was absolutely terrible!

Suppppperrrrr slow service. Don’t come here unless you have 3 hours to kill for dinner. We went in and there must have been 5 or six tables sat total. Food was super slow to come out and once it arrived we did not see our server again until I literally had to flag another staff member down to see if he could get her. I finished my drink waiting for our appetizer the first 20 minutes sitting down and had to chew on my ice to hold me over because I was so thirsty, but alas no server= no drink. I had watched her walk by as well as a few other staff members and every time I made an attempt to get their attention I felt like we were intentionally ignored. I heard a few other tables complaining and a few even left while I was there. Hey, it could’ve been a night where they were understaffed or had some sort of back of house complication but they really lacked tonight. The food was good though.

I went there for a burger and beer. The service was remarkably slow, even though there were many empty tables. 20 minutes until I got to order the beer; and had to take 2nd choice because they were out of the tap beer I asked for. The food was pretty good.

I am absolutely disgusted with how the management treats the customers! I spent quite a bunch of money here and the food wasn’t prepared properly, the whisky Burger I ordered did not come with any of the condiments… the fries are dry and gross! Food is not fresh… I’m so upset I can’t even enjoy it! All I asked was for the manager to do her job and make sure the worker’s prepare the food as it should…. And she had the audacity to call me rude… management has no ability to take constructive criticism and she had no compassion nor understanding of the situation at hand. Shame on you.P.S. I ordered from Door Dash, I did get refunded for the items missing, but this review wasn’t about getting a refund it was about TGI Fridays not doing their job. All I really want is an apology and for management to do a better job “Managing”

Atmosphere is great and very nostalgic, updated but old mall kind of vibes. The service is very lacking, stood at the host table to be greater by a mysterious host who popped up from beneath the counter. Once seated, seemed they closed off the dining room except the booths and bar. Had about 6 servers and I counted at least 5 times no one was in the dining room or bar area paying attention to customers. It was literally just customers sitting at tables and I thought the employees all took break at the same time. We ordered 2 drinks that luckily came in cans and waited 30 minutes for food... after seeing the lack of attention to the dining room I got an uneasy feeling about ordering a medium rare burger. We waited another 10 minutes for our waiter to come back and ask for the check before even the food came out. Again it wasn't that busy, maybe 5 or six tables max. Don't recommend and won't be back.

Order "Million dollar Cobb" Party Salad. What I got looked like one cent. False advert. Small portion size. Seems like when it's a pick up no Bobby cares. Will never order from this restaurant again.

Poor service. I was lied too about them not having any whipped cream for my pina colada. Waiter was only very pleasant when it was time to pay and tip him. I’m not happy with how the whole experience went.
Don't ruin your dinner by going here! I went here for the first time on Saturday night and there weren't many people in the restaurant, that should have been my first clue. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries that took 20 minutes for them to bring it out. The waiter mixed up what I said I wanted on the sandwich so I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring another wrong sandwich. I also overheard them apologizing the table behind me for getting their order wrong. The restrooms were also disgusting. I'm surprised this place is still open.

Incredibly understaffed... there was only one server. The server did an amazing job and handled all the tables well. So nice there.Food wasn't the best. I ordered the pretzels which were pretty good actually. I loved them lol. The whiskey glazed sliders were poor and the potato skins weren't the best.

The Bloody Mary was amazing and exactly the way I like it. I got my wife the Dragon Salmon and it was excellent and was memorable. Thank you so much for making everything so Perfect for me and my Family. Not to mention the service was out of this World. I ad a now food and Restaurant Critic a 5 star review great work and this will be rewarded to all you eats there....

Had been a very long time since I had been to TGIF, but we had a great server, Tyler, who went above and beyond to take care of our table of 10. Great service, accomodating if anything else was needed or was wrong etc. Definitely go visit and ask for TYLER.

bartender is awesome! What the heck did you do to the potstickers they USED to be so good. They were awful! I could not even eat half of them. Did you change suppliers? Please make them like you used to.
