My second time at this hotel. a bit tricky to find on first go around, parking can be a bit challenging as it shares the lot with other businesses. If parking was better, I would have given the hotel 5 stars. Room updated, clean and bed very comfortable. Only other negative for me was that housekeeping not an option for me as I was only there 3 nights, I do prefer daily housekeeping. Staff polite and helpful.
The place needs a little more maintenance balcony was pretty rough kinda moldy bathroom had some rough spots in it ( see pictures ) all the pillows from the couch were stuffed behind the couch , but guess since we were using points to pay for the room (#315 )it's what we got the rest of the room was pretty clean. We have stayed here before and it was better. And on top of it all on a stormy Saturday night the Bistro and bar were closed......
Rooms and common areas need a serious refresh as it’s way past due and kind of dingy. As a former Marriott employee and frequent traveler it’s very disappointing to see how far the Marriott standards have fallen. I used to give Marriott 95% of my lodging business and as a result of their decline, I will continue to phase them out until my rewards points are depleted.
I had a terrific experience at this hotel. The young man at the Front Desk was very helpful and was great. I arrived a little early but was able to get into a room and get some work done. The pool was so relaxing and I got some great sun after my meeting. The surrounding area was great as well with shopping and dining choices. The free parking was a bonus as well. I will return!
Clean and quiet. That's what's important to me, and this hotel had both. The pool was nice and the staff was helpful. Great location too as you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. I would recommend staying here.
The staff was incredible, the hotel was clean, and the pool was gorgeous. The bistro was exceptional and convenient with many options to choose from. I enjoyed my time there and will be returning. Additionally, there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Patrick, the GM was mind blowing rude. We were woke up to the upstairs bathroom leaking through our bathroom lights and ceilings. They told us to shut the bathroom lights off and offered us 1 night free stay. We couldn't even use the bathroom and were not offered another room nor did anyone come to even attempt to clean up the mess. I went to the front desk to talk to Patrick and he just wanted me to leave. On top of everything else, the bed sheets were ripped, the carpet in the room entry is all ripped up, the TP holder was broken, the towel hanger was broken, AC unit dusty, T.V. shut off every hour, the pool and hot tub had trash flooting in it, people were smoking on their balcony and in the pool area. We had our family dog and there was so much trash on the property and glass, we couldn't even wall her safely there. I'm a long time marriott rewards member and travel a lot for work and will never be staying at a Marriott property again after my experience, especially after Patrick the GM was so rude. I have photos and videos and will be posting it every where since Patrick wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting me.
It was fabulous. What a happy surprise. Clean room and everywhere was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Terrific breakfast assortment including hot fresh oatmeal. Whole fresh fruit. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Not up to par for a Marriott property. Hotel was dated and in need of a makeover. Not sure if bathroom was dirty or old or both? My wife would not use the shower. A positive note the bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Did not use pool or any services. Next morning just got up and departed I think there are better options on the area. Again, not up to the standard of a Marriott

I don't know who the people are who rated the place as clean and convenient. Upon arrival you turn into a shopping center and then you make your way to the hotel which has a hidden sign. The location is really not in a great area - sure there are a bunch of chain restaurants around and a busy highway if that's what you want but not me. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed the torn run at the entrance. As I looked around even further, I found that my bathroom wasn't that clean - hairs all over the floor and the bathtub. The shower had soap scum on the shower head and spicket. There was obvious mold in the shower, and on the tissue box and around the corners of the bathroom. And the fan register has so much dust it made me want to sneeze just looking at it. My colleague told me that in his room his carpet was actually wet - yuck! This is not in keeping of what I consider Marriott standards, I would never suggest anyone stay here until they get their cleaning crew in order and make some much needed updates to the rooms.
The hotel was conveniently located. It was easy to check in and out. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed VERY comfortable. A great place to stay when visiting friends or relatives in the area. We did not have breakfast included in our rate but IHOP is close by or Starbucks in the lobby.
This is more like a 3.5* property but has potential with a few changes. First, it needs an update. And while clean, it wasn’t stocked well; there were very few towels & only 2 flimsy drinking cups to use for everything - coffee, water, soda ect. Front desk: 3 men, each time I spoke to a different one after waiting in a short line trying to check in 1/2 hour early - then actually checking in - then asking a few questions on our way out to dinner. Thank you Dennis, you exemplify gracious hospitality & represent Marriott well. We booked a balcony room facing the pool since most Courtyard balcony rooms have furniture on them. These balconies are large enough for chairs but they don’t have them. Why? It doesn’t matter if a corporate decision - (doubtful since most Courtyard balconies have them; we stay in many) or a management decision. Very disappointing. A search here on TA prior to booking did not provide that information. Our balcony was clearly large enough because we took the desk chair out on it. We like this area near dining & shopping, and a short drive to the beach. We will return but doubt we will stay here.
Great location near restaurants, shopping centers. Room was big, king size bed perfect & staff very helpful. Checking in & out was fast & efficient. Kohls , iHOPs, and many more stores/restaurants were within walking distance which made the wife happy
i had a bad experience at Courtyard Marriott Boynton Beach in October 2022 After checking in at the front desk, I enter the first hotel room I was assigned to which should be a non-smoking room. The room smell was unbearable. It smelled like a smoking room and another stench. I walked back to the front desk and explained that my room was not acceptable to stay in because of the smell of the room. The front desk assigned me another hotel room. As I entered the second hotel room, the bath tub was very dirty. The shower head was moldy. The air conditioning unit filter was full of dust. I went back to the front desk and explained the second room was unacceptable. I requested to be moved to a clean room with no issues. The front desk stated they don’t have any more rooms available. The front desk stated they will issue a refund for the only 1 night instead of both nights but will also clean the room. Even after maintenance came into the room. The room was not acceptably clean. I've stayed at numerous Marriott hotels and other hotels around the world but never experience a hotel in this condition with his poor service. They even charged me for a soda after all that trouble. I received the 1 night stay refund 45 days later. No accommodations for my trouble. A full refund or another room or even another Marriott hotel at the time would have been nice. It would also been nice if a manager from the hotel reached to me to apologies for the horrible stay i experienced that weekend.
