Very nice diner. At the time there was only one waitress and it took forever for our food to be delivered. Seemed like a very popular local spot. Likely would rated higher if the service was better. The food, once delivered, was well prepared.

This was my first and LAST time at Breakfast Shack. I placed two online orders and then went inside to place another one. I asked the cashier if it was okay to get hot grits and she said yes. Cool, right? WRONG.

She walks to the back, does NOT wash her hands, opens my food bag, and then puts her bare hands into my container, touching the eggs, and moved around my toast just to check if the food was cold. I was absolutely disgusted. Who does that???

If you are the cashier, why are you handling customers’ food with bare hands after touching who knows what? No gloves. No hand washing. No professionalism. That is a huge health violation and completely unacceptable.

I don’t care how busy you are — do NOT touch my food. This was unsanitary, uncomfortable, and honestly shocking. I lost my appetite immediately and will never return. If you care about cleanliness or basic food safety, stay far away.

We eat here often, today was the worst ever. I ordered Crab Benedict and it was horrible, the English Muffin was so hard I couldn’t cut, the crab cake was like a burnt patty, the eggs were not basted and the Hollandaise sauce was like jelly .

This place is amazing! Go after church and it’s good and try there hash browns there amazing better then McDonald’s! And there food is so good I come every Sunday

We had a fantastic breakfast at The Breakfast Shack! Even though they were very busy, they were still able to accommodate us quickly. We ordered the classic Eggs Benedict and the Harvest Omelette, both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The coffee was great too, which is always a huge plus. The entire staff was warm, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming. Definitely a great breakfast experience for both of us, and we will 100% be returning!

However, I noticed the menu is Exactly the same as Kona Bay Cafe in Lantana.

Great little luncheonette ! We stayed in Boynton Beach for a few days and went here twice. Enjoyed the food ! Would recommend trying it if you have not been there .

We're here for a family vacation. We discovered this restaurant by chance, and we're thrilled! The service is excellent, and the food is also very good. This is the second time we've been here for breakfast. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

How did breakfast become $20 ( with $4 bucks tip)? Always take care of your servers!! 2 eggs, corn beef hash, ( from a can) coffee, 1 slice of toast, and a cup of oatmeal. $16 bucks without tip, just seems like a lot. To be fare it's the same or more wherever you go. The waitress was very nice, the service was good

The food here is great! It seemed there was only one server which was working extremely hard to keep everybody happy. I was pleasantly surprised as this was my first time there. Everything came out hot and exactly how I asked for it. Highly recommend
