They used to be very good, but recently have really dipped in service and portion sizes. I've been going to them for over a year, and in the last few months they've gotten smaller take out bowls and have been skimping on portions, but all for the same price as they used to be. The staff have also really been very hit or miss, with some days having a more experienced group that provides good service, but the more recent newer employees seem to struggle and seem to receive little help or training.

I've always enjoyed the place, but now it's harder to justify with so many good restaurants in the plaza providing also great food but consistently better value and service.

I ordered delivery. The bowl is so good! I customized it and got chicken shawarma, brown rice+lentils, pickled cabbage and onions, hummus, and more with basil dressing. Really yummy. The gluten free chocolate chip cookie is out of this world! ?

As a long-time fan of Anzo, dating back to their original West Palm Beach location and their subsequent expansion to Palm Beach Gardens, I have always held their food in high regard.

However, my recent visit to their Boynton Beach location left me quite disappointed. I ordered a bowl with gyro as the protein. The gyro was fried in an attempt to warm it up. This resulted in a greasy, overly oily unappetizing gyro.

Karmen was the one who helped us on this hot Sunday. She was AMAZING. The store unfortunately did not have to-go bowls but that wasn’t a problem for Karman. She came up with a creative solution, was apologetic, and very courteous. My hubby and I frequent Anzo but today stood out because of Karmen!!

Way better than chipotle

This establishment offers a delightful culinary experience. The depth of flavors is truly remarkable. I am pleased to have discovered this restaurant and will undoubtedly return in the future.

I said it before and I'll say it again. This place suffers from having the wrong employees. People with no sense of urgency or service. They are visibly shaken if a line starts to form. It's like they slow down on purpose. I watched customers walk out. The girl at the register was completely unable to count. Barely spoke English. Was clearly bothered if she had to think. Because of the continued horrible service. These kids are unable to work unsupervised. I think it's time that we as customers start to not spend our money at places like these until the employer starts to invest in better help. I was there July 2 2024.

I love this place, but it is not great for dining in during the summer. Not bad either, but it’s summer now and they’re trying to cool the whole dining area with an under powered portable air conditioning unit. Needless to say, it’s pretty warm inside. I’m going to highly recommend they get their central AC back soon. I know they had it at one point. I’ve been going there for years.
