Obsessed is an understatement! If you haven’t been to The Seed yet… what are you doing. Best coffee/ drinks , best food, the Funky Monkey smoothie with coffee cubes literally lives rent free in my brain. Big coffee shop hopper and fancy myself a connoisseur so believe me when I say, it’s a 10 out of freaking 10.

The coffee and pastries are delicious. I had the S’mores iced latte and my husband had the Apple pie iced chai, and we both loved our drinks.

Absolutely loved this place,, amazing friendly stuff, large selection of delicious pastries, also ( GF, VEGAN selection ) loved their Lavender latte, croissants are one better than another! All of them Today I tried there sun dried tomatoes quiche , it was delicious!

Parking: It is convenient to park, it is located in a plaza between 6128 Congress Ave and Lantana Bodegon supermarket.

I went there on Tuesday right about when they were about to close at 2:50pm. The two girls up front were so welcoming a nice. I didn't feel rushed or anything, very professional customer service. Amazing chai tea <3 will be back
