Kosher steakhouse. Beautiful atmosphere, right on the golf course. The food was good, not outstanding. Excellent service. We thought it was a bit over priced for what it was.

My favorite kosher place in Florida. They accidentally threw something out I wanted packed up to take home and they remade the whole entire meal for me! Unbelievable service!!

I had planned a 99th birthday party brunch for 36 people, including family and friends. Months before, I was in contact with the event coordinator her name is Deborah. We went over the menu as per their printed brunch menu that they have online and I was assured that I was going to have a lovely wonderful brunch. I was put into a private room, which was the room with the bar and we requested black table cloths, I hoped that everything would be all set when my guests began arriving at 11:30. There were no tablecloths on the tables, when I asked about that they told me that the party in the other room needed those table cloths because they were outdoors. There was a party outside and they kept using our door and coming in from outside, walking right through our party and bringing in all the hot air. The food was not ready to be served at least for an hour. When they told me go ahead, the food was all set, thats when the horror began. Pancakes that were flat and hard like frisbees , French toast that was flat and squished and very unappealing looking. What was supposed to be scrambled eggs was something grayish green, looking flat and all stuck to the chafing dish. There were no salads as I requested. Tthere were no plates for people to take the food. The bagels had an oily exterior, and they were not sliced. When I asked about the lox to go with the bagels, I was told I did not order that when I insisted of course I did. Finally , they brought out a small dish with about 10 pieces of rolled up lox , not enough for 36 people. When I brought Deborah out to look at the food, she agreed that it was not acceptable. My question is then how was that able to leave the kitchen? There was no orange juice as promised at the bar. Everything we asked the young boys behind the bar, t hey all said we don’t know. We just work here. There was no professional staff. The food dishes were never refilled. I’m sure my guests were hungry Deborah announced to all my guests was that their refrigerator broke that morning and all the food was spoiled so they had to make everything fresh. This was not my problem and I left there in tears, Embarrassed for my guests, and this is supposed to be a kosher establishment. I do not recommend anybody going there for any party. The air-conditioning was not up to par at all. It was a very upsetting event for my mother’s 99th birthday that I put a lot of effort into .

Food is incredible. Plain and simple. Both the high-end items and the more affordable options. Very friendly and helpful service. Yes, the $50-$100 price range is accurate, especially if you're getting two or three menu items, but you can definitely eat a full meal for under $50 (the $36 pargio chicken already comes with a choice of side, plus the kid's menu items are much cheaper). And the location is super cool. 1000% would come back.

Lots of potential- great staff and beautiful restaurant. The food however was old, not fresh. Hummus is amazing, but meats, flatbreads, pastrami eggroll, were reheated probably leftover from a catering event.
Super friendly staff that did accommodate to replace one of the items, but then the replacement was the same issue.
Lots of great potential if they serve fresh food.

This was my third time eating at the W. The first two times the service and food was very good. Tonight the food was well below expectations. First appetizer out was cooked and seasoned well. After that it was downhill. The lamb chops were over cooked. Replaced with raw lamb chops. We ordered the same appetizer to replace it because it was very good. The replacement came out raw. We couldn't even stomach the whole time free dessert offered. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed.

I have eaten at the W several times but this time it was a horror. The food was good but the service unacceptable by the waiter Daniel. We were 4 people and ordered 3 steaks. The other couple was sharing a steak. We all had a salad with sweet potato chips. It was very good. A ltttle too much dressing. When the STEAKS came out there were only two. The other couple were sharing and my husbands came out with string beans. I thought the waiter could not carry all three but MINE with mashed potatoes never came out. We questioned him and he said it will be out soon. Soon became 20 minutes later. By then everyone had finished their meal and I still did not get mine. When he finally brought out mine I refused it because I did not want to eat alone. The waiter did not even apologize for the tardiness of the meal. When we left we told the manager and she gave us free coupons for an appetizer next time. Truthfully I don’t think there will be a next time.

Just enjoyed an outstanding dinner at The W!

Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the entrees and the delectable dessert. Atmosphere is very classy, and feels comfortably refined without being overbearing. The standout from our experience was our server, Melinda, who was phenomenal. She is super friendly, attentive to anything we needed, quick and efficient, just a pleasure to have as our waitress. Melinda definitely enhanced our evening and proved that going the extra mile leaves a positive lasting impression!

Overall, we were very impressed with everything, and look forward to coming back again. Without a doubt a great place for an upscale dinner and a worthwhile value.

Great place! Chef Ofer really puts his all into each dish! Friendly service! Amazing indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the beautiful golf course! Most definitely will be back!
