You give them your order they repeat your order and still give you the wrong food. This has happened 3 times in a row. I called to speak with someone a manager or owner and I was told I couldn’t speak to anyone. I tried the fried chicken today no seasoning at all. The food use to be better.

Almost every morning I go get a large spaghetti from this Resteraunt .it WAS my favorite but today was different . I order my usual and instantly I was I disappointed .the pickils taste like it stayed over night and the spaghetti was disgusting. My husband also ordered a plate and he felt the same way . I called and I asked them if there was a new cook .she answered yes and I asked for my money back .she agreed but once I got there she had a attitude and demanded the plates back and I did just that .THEN SHE REFUSED MY REFUND .This place has no customer skills and food is disgusting . PLEASE STAY AWAY !

Close to my home. Taste close to home for two of my aides. One from Jamaica. One from Haiti. Both reccomend Goat stew as fell and broke both upper and lower appliances. I look like walrus and ate goat like one as well. Goat was soft, spicy and spectacular. Enjoyed sides of plantains, salad and of course red beans and rice.

A Haitian friend took me here, food was outstanding and reasonably priced, service was good (but not sure if that would have been the case if I’d walked in without my friend who is a regular and knows the owner by name). We shared the fried turkey and oxtail, but the goat and stewed turkey also looked great. I also tried the Jamaican side which was quite good.
The takeout was brisk to say the least, which made sitting and eating a little bit uncomfortable since it felt like the world was rushing by as we ate. Might have been better if we had eaten on the patio outside, but it was too hot on an August afternoon to even consider eating on the deck.
Decent parking (which was crowded the whole time we were there, a good sign). Best mark of a great ethnic restaurant is how many people of that ethnicity come in, looked to be a very large and steady crowd of Haitians coming to get their evening dinners. Again mostly takeout business but really brisk.
Informal and there were a bunch of families with kids. *Not* a quiet romantic place.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed good for my toddler. Could have skipped the myriad tvs on the wall (I don’t let my kid watch much tv) but hard to get away from it these days.

Everything at this humble establishment was remarkable! It's undoubtedly the best food I've ever tasted! The woman who assisted us with our orders was extremely considerate and accommodating! I enjoy having spicy food! My wife and I are assuredly planning to return!
As much I enjoy the food there the service is getting worse. I ordered my food, got there 20 minutes after, my food wasn't even there. No one acknowledged you in the line. The gentleman on the counter was more interested on flirting with the client... no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Food was delicious. The sauce that comes with the fried chicken - wowza! Portions are large. Prices are really fair.

I recently ordered two fried turkey completes from this restaurant and was highly disappointed. The black rice looked as if it was a day old, lacking freshness and flavor. The plantains were overcooked and tasted horrible. To make matters worse, the pikliz had no spice at all, which is quite unusual for this dish. This was my first time ordering from here, and it will definitely be my last. The overall quality of the food was far below my expectations.

I really appreciate it there, Dina the girl was very kind and understanding to help her customers.
The only reason I am leaving this review is because when I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn’t one there. I have been having the same problem with the same employee ever since they were In their previous location. It’s a short light skin woman that was pregnant, and I guess now she is back. I know for a fact because I sent my family member inside to see who it is working the front.
So disrespectful to say the least.
I called for an order of fiellue, white rice and beans (sospwa), she asked me if I wanted lalo (junt leaves) and I said yes. She then proceeded to say that they do not have lalo (then why ask?)
I then said okay then do you have spinach? And she said yes.
She then repeated the order to me, but stated legume militon!
When did I ever state that??
I then told her that I did not say legume at all I said lalo or spinach.
She then said, oh we don’t have lalo or spinach.
What???
Mind you at this point I was still very kind and patient, and I proceeded to speak in kreyol because I felt like she was getting confused.
When I started speaking creole, and repeated what I said, she starting screaming and talking over me saying, and I quote, “ nou pa gen manje sa yo, nou pa gen lalo nou pa gen epina ou pa pale kreyol”?( we do not sell lalo or spinach. Do you not speak kreyol)
To a customer at that.
I was still patient and asked to speak to another worker to have them take my order, she said no I could not!
She hung up and I called again, to ask for a manager the other lady was so kind and said no there wasn’t one there at the moment.
I explained my frustration and told her to have a good day.
This is not my first time I had very terrible encounters with this lady, I wish I knew her name.
And she been working there for a long time, how do you not know the menu??
I please ask, if the manager sees this, to please rectify/fix the situation. That is not fair or right. I do not pay to get treated like crap or have my day ruined. That is all. Other than that the food at this restaurant and other workers are fabulous.
