Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come here frequently for the Smoothies and the chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie is my fav! It’s excellent!!! Staff is decent and service is fast. Average cost of smoothie is $10.

Dragon fruit smoothie, green Island smoothie all are amazing and the chocolate chip cookie is soft and yummy.

Slow service. I question the quality of the smoothie I ordered. I ordered avocado smoothie.

Customer service is very poor at this location. I am a loyal customer with thousands of points in the app as I am at this location a few times a week. I placed an order via the app and the order was incorrectly sent to another location 3 towns over, when I only use this location. I showed them the order email of the error and they would not honor the pickup. Not a good experience and they need to do better and get retrained on proper customer service.

I arrived 7:54 , ordered my smoothie then I requested the restroom they lady then stated sorry it just was cleaned so no that was the most unprofessional rude service I ever seen you should want your customers to use a clean restroom hope yall improve that customer service!!!!

Good morning, it’s a shame I came to this place for the second time yesterday service was ok. However today was horrible walked in greeted a young lady at the register she said she said hello after me standing there and here wiping down the screen. No, how may I held you or anything I asked her are you loading the register she said no I said hello which I never heard and she went to proceed looking down. I literally walked out and drove to the tropical smoothie on Woolbright which was an inconvenient with the first one being 3 minutes from my house. Please get better workers coming in from a work out and have to drive further because of the atmosphere in this place is. RIDICULOUS

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. A BUG WAS IN MY SALAD. Don’t eat here this location is nasty! Hot they don’t run the A/C, the workers are rude and the place is NASTY! Bathrooms smell and I saw a live roach in it. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Employees are nice in here and they do their best but tbh this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to tropical smoothie in like 5 states at this point. I’ve eaten here 3 times and every time the food was cold, soggy, undercooked and disgusting. The last time I got a wrap from here I threw it away because I felt like I was gonna get food poisoning… idk what’s going on with yalls quality control but you need to figure it out cause this food ain’t even remotely edible.

i walk in to many unhappy customers it took 25 minutes for the employees to assist me and acted like they were on drugs very slow very unprofessional

Fresh wrap and smoothies. Affordable and fast delivery. They were able to get in our community gate no problem. 10/10! ⭐️

Subpar staff with slow service. Can’t much mess up tropical smoothie.

My husband, daughter and I went here this evening somewhat close to closing time. I wanted something light on my stomach. It had been years since I had been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, and the Chia Boost smoothie was absolutely delicious! We also had the turkey bacon sandwich and it was delicious also! We especially appreciated the great customer service we received by both girls working there tonight! They were very kind. I hope they get more of this kind of recognition.
