Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Employees are nice in here and they do their best but tbh this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to tropical smoothie in like 5 states at this point. I’ve eaten here 3 times and every time the food was cold, soggy, undercooked and disgusting. The last time I got a wrap from here I threw it away because I felt like I was gonna get food poisoning… idk what’s going on with yalls quality control but you need to figure it out cause this food ain’t even remotely edible.

i walk in to many unhappy customers it took 25 minutes for the employees to assist me and acted like they were on drugs very slow very unprofessional

Subpar staff with slow service. Can’t much mess up tropical smoothie.

My husband, daughter and I went here this evening somewhat close to closing time. I wanted something light on my stomach. It had been years since I had been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, and the Chia Boost smoothie was absolutely delicious! We also had the turkey bacon sandwich and it was delicious also! We especially appreciated the great customer service we received by both girls working there tonight! They were very kind. I hope they get more of this kind of recognition.

Poor quality, inconsistency, long wait times from obviously burnt out staff and workers. They are also extremely expensive now for a whipping $18 for a smoothie and wrap combo. You can get a better wrap at Publix next door for $7. They need to hire an extra person or change their business practices as it clearly is not sustainable.

what smoothie spot doesn't have milk?? no milk at all. I got a peanut butter smoothie and it was made with peanut butter, bananas, and chocolate. I asked for almond milk and i was told they use blended ice to make the smoothies, no milk is in the shop, that's weird. I paid $9 for the smoothie that has no milk and no benefits, not even whey protein was added to make sense of the $9 price tag. The smoothie was not good.

The staff is incompetent especially if your order is being delivered. It can’t be UberEats fault every single order. OkAY! I ordered a smoothie and two food items today and only the Smoothie arrived. It happens all the time! The staff just is not detailed oriented and they just don’t pay attention. This is what causes companies to go out of business because customers will stop going there for aggravation!
