Something went wrong with the app when I placed my online order, and even though I was charged, I was told they had no record of it and that the refund would “automatically” process. I didn’t even make it inside because this was an online order, yet the lack of care was unbelievable. They basically took the money, offered no real help, and clearly expected me to pay again—which I obviously wasn’t going to do. For a $27 charge on just two items, this is unacceptable.
Update : they called me and treated me like I was lying mangers didn’t no what there where doing no wonder because the main manger that contacted me was no help at all.

I don’t know if this is slashy or acia bowel . Frozen strawberry water !! That’s what it test and frozen old pineapple.

Worst experience I ordered a drink wrong and I told them it was wrong and they refused to make the drink the right way they refused to give me a refund. now I’m disputing the transaction. Also the staff tried to hold my recipient and my drink once I asked them to remake my drink and give me a refund which is very weird

Very unhappy about my drink, went back to the counter to let ELIZABETH,(if that’s her correct name she gave) know that my drink didn’t taste right. She states to me what you mean? I said the drink it’s right, something not right, it tastes like water… ELIZABETH tells me I have to pay for another one in order for her to make it.. maybe use less water!! Elizabeth proceeds to tell me I have to pay for another drink. I stated excuse me I never heard of that.. she’s telling me I can leave my name n number and she give it to the owner!! I left the drink there… So that’s why I’m here writing, I don’t do this but tonight was an Experience at Tropical Smoothie in Boynton dealing with Elizabeth…

I just wanted to shout out Jenelli for her amazing customer service! I placed my order through Uber Eats instead of the store’s app, and she still went out of her way to make sure everything was correct. She even came out to my car to double-check if I wanted my usual order with modifications or as-is. That kind of attention to detail and personal touch really stood out — thank you, Jenelli, for going above and beyond!

I’ve been to a lot of a tropical smoothies across different states and I have to say, this one competes with my favorite one in Ohio.

I know businesses usually get a surge of customers after I leave a review and so a lot of my reviews are actually paid for, but this one I can tell you was not paid for.

This is a true authentic review for a great spot to a get a regression bite or sip!

On 2/12/25, I had a disappointing experience with "Berlla B." – she did not greet me or wash her hands before making my smoothie. It felt like I had to beg for a simple "good morning" or any enthusiasm from her.

Normally, I would have written off the restaurant and never returned, but I decided to give it another chance. I’m so glad I did!

On 2/13/25, I was warmly greeted by "Dominique W.," who not only washed her hands before preparing my smoothie but also greeted me with a cheerful "good morning." She even brought my smoothie around the corner when she noticed I was busy and wished me a great day as I left!

Now *that’s* customer service! Dominique’s kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated, especially since my morning wasn’t going well. Because of her, it's 5 stars across the board! Thank you again, Dominique!

The owners of this establishment are very rude and condescending. There was two occurrences where my order was made incorrectly and the owners did not want my order to be remade and said I have to take the order as is, even though it wasn’t what I asked for. The last time I went to get a smoothie I explain the situation to a worker and the owner came out trying to create a problem and was very arrogant when there was nothing wrong. The workers on the other hand are very kind.
