Tropical Smoothie Cafe

On 2/12/25, I had a disappointing experience with "Berlla B." – she did not greet me or wash her hands before making my smoothie. It felt like I had to beg for a simple "good morning" or any enthusiasm from her.

Normally, I would have written off the restaurant and never returned, but I decided to give it another chance. I’m so glad I did!

On 2/13/25, I was warmly greeted by "Dominique W.," who not only washed her hands before preparing my smoothie but also greeted me with a cheerful "good morning." She even brought my smoothie around the corner when she noticed I was busy and wished me a great day as I left!

Now *that’s* customer service! Dominique’s kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated, especially since my morning wasn’t going well. Because of her, it's 5 stars across the board! Thank you again, Dominique!

The owners of this establishment are very rude and condescending. There was two occurrences where my order was made incorrectly and the owners did not want my order to be remade and said I have to take the order as is, even though it wasn’t what I asked for. The last time I went to get a smoothie I explain the situation to a worker and the owner came out trying to create a problem and was very arrogant when there was nothing wrong. The workers on the other hand are very kind.

It was my first time there and on the To Go menu there was a red berry smoothie with protein, it sounded delicious but it is no longer available (even when it is on the menu) and they wanted to charge me for everything extra and it was 15 dollars, with that money I can have a full lunch.

The app will show all the nutritional facts on the smoothies and food. Only thing is I wish the staff was more knowledgeable of that or had it printed out somewhere to look at while in the store. Other than that, the smoothies are always great

This business is circling the drain, owner is never there probably on the golf course. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and I literally was drenched in buffalo sauce to point I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken was scarce and undercooked, $18 for a smoothie and an inedible wrap. Thanks but I won’t be back.

Janeli the manger has amazing customer service! He Eli has a great team and makes very delicious smoothies. I had an allergy to bananas and she made the adjustments very simple and easy. Janeli needs a raise .

I received a sloppy MELTED acai bowl that did not have the chia seeds it comes with nor the extra granola that I paid for. Mind you, I have been coming to this location for the past year and have been getting this same item for the past 3 weeks. When I brought this to their attention, the supervisor (I assume, since that who came to speak to me after the cashier went to tell her) refused to give me another bowl claiming she would have to charge me again and refused to give me a refund without the manager present. I threw the bowl in the trash (it looked like trash) and will not be patronizing this location again.
