The quality of the subs and wraps here is great. Very fresh meats and lettuce tomatoes. Bread for the subs is very good, not too soft and not to hard.
Service is not overly friendly but is perfectly acceptable.
I do find it odd they do not have sugar substitute for the unsweetened tea but other than that a great place. I have been here several times as I have been here the past 2 months while my family member is in the hospital close by....

Is it good? I guess. Is it worth $22 for a chicken tender sub and a bottle of soda? Not a chance. Being close to the beach comes with its costs, understandably. For half the price I'd rather go to Publix in the future.
