we were seated at a table that had broken wobbly legs so they moved us to another table. the chairs there were broken so they brought us a new chair. there was a lamp on the table that didn't work so they took that one and replaced it with a working one. the staff was lovely and kept apologizing for the broken furniture. when we were finally given the menu I asked for the ribs but was told they were out of them. we had enough so we left. our friends asked us about our experience and we had no choice but to be honest. I was so excited to try your restaurant but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Good luck!

A little disappointed that you're on my menu was significantly more fall and less expensive

My First Time at the W and everything was great. The service was efficient and friendly, the food tasted great and the presentation was excellent. I can't wait to get back there again.

great tasting food, fairly priced including the wine which was only twice the retail price. vanilla ice cream was spectacular as were the lamb chops

The food was excellent, but the service had a lot to be desired. We ordered wine, appetizers and the main meal. The wine came a long time after the appetizers. Thew wine was brought by a different server than our waitress who was inexperienced and didn't know how to serve the wine. The entre was served and we didn't have any forks. We ordered desert and it took forever for it to be served. We never saw a manager, and they have to train their staff.

Very nice place - unique Service was good-party of 7 (waitress did lose patience a little bit) Food was good Lamb flat bread great. Welcome addition to Boynton Beach! First time and will be back.. It was very refreshing that we didn't need a credit card to make a reservation as is done in Chicago and New York often. However, the fixed tip of 20% is quite offputting and I think Service at some point was a little off because of that. . In fact, the only hesitation about coming back would be because of that . overall a very good time.

Great location, excellent service and worm atmosphere. Highly recommend and definitely will return.

The kitchen was understaffed thus the wait time for our food was very long...like over an hour after we ordered. No manager ever came by to apologize or comp some of our meal.

This restaurant is severely over priced and over hyped. The service was nearly non existent. We had to flag down a bus boy to get water because our server disappeared after taking half of our table's orders. The food was mediocre at best and the knives were dull cutting through a $65 streak that was proclaimed to be the most tender cut on the menu. I had booked the reservation with the note that we would be celebrating a birthday. Our waiter finally came back at the end of the meal- no desert- to offer tea or coffee. The bus boy overheard me expressing my disappointment and went to tell someone. He came back with dessert plates for everyone and presented a bowl of ice cream to the birthday boy. How that was to be shared was a mystery. We were never even offered a dessert menu. When we got the bill, there was a 20% service fee automatically added for a party of 1 or more. The final check came out to $700. This was a colossal waste of money and time. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant and have zero intention of returning.

Food was great. Portions were plentiful. Hostess was terrific along with the service. I will be eating there again. A little pricey but worth it for a special attention

The waiter was rude he made us wait 1 hour for our bill very rude when taking the order never asked what we wanted to drink he is balled and where's glasses he knows no matter what he will get his tip so he did not care about our table we were 7 pp very disappointed the food was good but the waiter was disrespectful and the person who served our food was very nice not the waiter.

Steak was tough and inedible. They removed the charge gor it from the bill. Wait staff not very attentive. Will not return there again.

We found this spot while waiting for doors to open. They close at 6 as it’s part of a golf course (no membership needed to dine). Full bar, pizza and sandwiches and salads. Service was very quick. It was pretty empty as we got here at 5:15 but they were happy to serve us. The pizza was awesome and my wife enjoyed the Caesar salad. She’s a singer so dinner tends to be lighter pre show. I stole most of the fries!

Overall good restaurant. We booked for 6:30pm reserve they called and said they had a wedding that wants to book from 6-7 the restaurant area so they need to move to 7:30 pm. We arrived and was embarrassing as they were still using the space and we had to search for someone for help. The appetizer was ok wasn't great but the steaks were delicious

The online menu is much different than the physical menu you get when you are seated. Many items on the wine list and menu, they did not have. The waiter's service was acceptable. However, we were never greeted for several minutes upon arrival and the restaurant was slow at this time. The only person that smiled was our waiter. He did everything in his power to accommodate our order however, he had very limited resources.
