My First Time at the W and everything was great. The service was efficient and friendly, the food tasted great and the presentation was excellent. I can't wait to get back there again.
The food was excellent, but the service had a lot to be desired. We ordered wine, appetizers and the main meal. The wine came a long time after the appetizers. Thew wine was brought by a different server than our waitress who was inexperienced and didn't know how to serve the wine. The entre was served and we didn't have any forks. We ordered desert and it took forever for it to be served. We never saw a manager, and they have to train their staff.
Very nice place - unique Service was good-party of 7 (waitress did lose patience a little bit) Food was good Lamb flat bread great. Welcome addition to Boynton Beach! First time and will be back.. It was very refreshing that we didn't need a credit card to make a reservation as is done in Chicago and New York often. However, the fixed tip of 20% is quite offputting and I think Service at some point was a little off because of that. . In fact, the only hesitation about coming...
