Staff had zero enthusiasm and zero people skills. They took one order at a time then prepared that order before taking the next. Had to go back three times to get the correct tea them ended up just getting it ourselves.

Horrible customer service, I went saturday night and this guy at the drive thru messed up the entire order. I wanted to order 3 meals of chicken tenders, he was rude, and unpleasant. I told him multiple times my order, and when I pick up my food, he gave me the wrong order, wrong food, wrong sauces. The only good thing about this was the food, it was fresh and delicious but customer service was not.

Horrible service, MESSED UP MY ORDER 5 times and just overall don’t know what they are doing, I asked for no vegetables I got vegetables. I asked light on the condiments. I got a lot ton of ketchup on my hamburger I asked for normal nuggets and I got spicy nuggets and I still couldn’t get a refund after all that. I hate you Wendy’s

Late night worker older lady works very hard each time I stopped in she is always kinda fast never rude or mean at all there are some kids that come in and mess with the soda machine by activity on the toch screen with the QR code threw there iPhone they can control the soda machine I saw it happen with my own eyes last week so heads up for all soda machines

STOPPPPPPPP!!! Unfortunately this place is infested with RATS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! Rat droppings in the lobby and a rat that was the size of a squirrel running on the counter, go find the video on Facebook it’s disgusting!

I had the absolute worst experience here ordering from Uber last night! I ordered initially and they forgot most of the order. I contacted Uber and sent them a picture of what I had received. Uber gave me a credit which I used to reorder. I decided to reorder the whole order since we all had to share the little bit we got and were still hungry. When the driver got there, Wendy’s refused to make the food even though they had a new order from me on the screen! I explained to them that I reordered the whole order, but they argued that they would only send me the items they missed the first time. I tried to explain to them that I had reordered the whole thing again so they should send me what I paid for. They refused to so Uber kept sending drivers to get my order and they kept rejecting them. Eventually the order got canceled and I got my money back but this was absolutely crazy! Uber took care of the mistake they made to being with and instead of listening to what I was trying to explain they treated me like I was trying to get free food or something, even though they knew they messed up the first order. It was a combo! So it made more sense for me to pay for the whole combo again rather than the individual items that were missing. We order here once a week and never have had problems but this ruined our night so bad last night that I don’t even want to think about Wendy’s again! So disappointing!

I don’t want anything for free from this. I just want the employees that worked last night to realize that they made a mistake and caused what should have been a relaxing family evening to be a stressful night without the food we had been looking forward to.
