Used uber eats, did not receive 20pc McNuggets with order. No receipt number on app invoice.
Uber app difficult to say they did not fill complete order, but selected whatever they listed and finally able to type note at end for my issue which was probably most common…did not fill order.
Follow up is turtle slow. Uber / Wendy’s, terrible service. Probably won’t get refunded or contacted.

The employees were very nice there is good service the food is decent for fast food the only reason I would not come again is because the cleanliness was not good. I had to wipe down the table area which I have no problem doing but in general that’s not okay. Not a single table was clean. Every table has crumbs, sticky stuff and the seats as well. The floor is also dirty. There is bloody toilet paper in the toilet and pee in the other. It’s not the employees fault. I would not want to be cleaning up after humans who can’t clean up after themselves in the bathroom at least. Wendy’s need to shut down if they don’t want to hire a janitor who gets paid to do the dirty work. No fast food employee signs up to clean nasty things like that.

This is possibly the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. Every time I have gone over the past two months they never have a chocolate frosty. The food is also a significant downgrade compared to other locations and the staff is lazy and rude. Something we order is always either wrong, or not available. I will never come to this location again. I’d avoid it like the plague.

They are always getting my order wrong I tell them no Mayonnaise on any Hamburger and there it is Mayonnaise on them. They just don't care. I guess this store will be closing soon

I love Wendy's and their Frosty's, but I don't understand why every time I go there for one, I'm told they don't have them or the machine isn't working. It's disappointing ? Especially after sitting in the long line at drive thru. Very rarely can you actually get one, and if you do, there's only 1 flavor option. Why is that? I hope someone in management reads this and, moving forward, can fix the issue. This is one of your big seller's to.
