Wingstop

Definitely order online or call ahead. They place those orders before people who actually come inside to order. There didn’t seem to be a sense or urgency for the growing line of waiting guests who ordered in store. And instead of letting the guests know where they were at in your order they just stared at you with blank faces.

I ordered from Wingstop through DoorDash as a convenience and when 45 minutes had passed on what was supposed to be a 20-25 minute delivery I reached out to the driver who informed me that she had 2 flat tires. Meanwhile she had literally driven by my location to do another delivery.
I was pretty disappointed and I called Wingstop and I spoke with a manager named Wanda. Before I could get done complaining Wanda asked if I wanted to come pick up a new order which I decided was a good idea. This young woman handled a bad situation with politeness and professionalism which I completely appreciate as I’m not always the easiest person to deal with. ( especially when I’m hungry)
Now the even better part. I’ve been eating wings for a long long time and I gotta say Wingstop is in my top 3 if not #1 place for wings. The honey rub wings were perfect as were the regular hot wings!! Cooked to fall off the bone perfection!
I will be returning to this establishment again in the future!!
To the Wingstop executives, you need more people like Wanda !!

Had wings from this location the other night and my whole order was terrible. wings were undercooked, cold, raw in the middle & my fries were still frozen in the center. I lost my appetite i would never eat from here again. I should’ve looked at the reviews first

Just awful. Tried them more times than I can count since they opened considering they’re one of the few late night options but they just can’t get it right. The bad reviews are spot on. Food always takes an hour or more, customer service is horrendous, when you finally get your food it’s cold, nasty (what’s with the bottom of the barrel half of a half wings?) or just plain incorrect. Every single time. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Lantana if you have to have them, they’re 100 times better! I will never spend money at this location again. Horrible

Never had wings so nasty and inedible my goodness, is there not a script to follow on how to make the wings . $40 what a waste , called and told the manager if she need me to bring the food back I would so I can get my refund cause I ain’t eat nun after the first wing , she said no. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Go to a different location or better yet Buffalo Wild Wings run a great deal every Wednesday on wings , don’t come here expecting much . Lady lied bout my refund and I was willing to bring all her food back.

You have to come here during the day or when the women are working. They hold a higher standard. With that being said I find they constantly undercook the wings when I’ve requested them well done and have had to have them remade. It’s unfortunate that it’s such hit and miss.

This place has horrible service. My boneless wings were cold and had no flavor. They did not provide the ranch dressing for either my orders and the manager was not very helpful either. Next time I will choose a different Wing Stop and hope for better results.

Fries came out good nice & crispy. Can't say anything about the wings or corn yet cause ive yet to try them with my order. I was supposed to get 4 ranches with my order as one item is for 2 people, didn't even got not even 1 ranch. Can't even reconcile anything as it was delivered & I ordered through the website. Literally have no ranch at home.

This was one of the most disappointing dinner after such a long day. The blue cheese is water literally. There is no texture at all. I asked for carrots and celery as a side and they gave me 4 pieces. I ordered boneless wings and it was over cooked and rubber. My wings were mediocre. The ranch had no taste. This was horrible and a disappointment

You will wait…it is not good…whoever is training the people that work here needs to be replaced, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and when someone politely asked how long u til their order is ready, the guy at register just started laughing he couldn’t even contain himself from laughing and smiley it was actually weird…

I was thuroughly impressed with wing stop. Lantana we Had 4 different traditional wings, bbq, medium, garlic parm & lemon pepper. I was unable to find flats only on the web site and they staff corrected my error with no issues. Wing eater here I highly recommend wing stop Lantana Rd.

who owns this place. I've been to other Wingstops and they have been great. when this place first opened it was a disaster. We'll it's been a long while since then and it's still a disaster. surprised the franchisor let's this go on...

I just got home and opened my order and I was shorted 5 classic wings.

Oder 20 pieces 10 lemon pepper no lemon pepper season at all and 5 mild the mild was grease and 5 original hot that was ok this first time I was not happy with my order at all

I was skeptical on coming here because of the bad reviews but my experience was outstanding. Food was fresh and flavorful, the cashier Danielle was very welcoming and friendly she made my whole experience great. Definitely will be coming back.
