Spent 30 something dollars on lunch just to overcooked fries with no seasoning wings have no seasoning on them first time ive ever had wingstop and wanted to throw the whole lunch away

The workers weren’t friendly it felt like I was in an assembly line

I just witnessed some of the most disgusting things I've ever thought I would see at a fast food restaurant. I never want to come here again

**Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Wingstop at All Costs**

I placed a to-go order and waited outside for 30 minutes. After finally getting my food and driving 30 minutes home, I discovered the wings were incredibly salty—completely inedible. I called the store and requested a refund, only to be told I had to return the food in person. When I did, I was met by a cook (not the manager) who told me “that’s how the wings are cooked.” She became argumentative and tried to make a scene in front of other customers. I ended up walking out, losing $80 on wings that no one in my family could eat.

This place is not only overpriced, but the quality is terrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional. The store was dirty, the drink station was a mess, and the drinks themselves tasted like mold. No gloves, no hand sanitizer, and not a sink in sight. Everyone behind the counter just stared at me like I was lost. The fries were soggy right out of the bag.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or your money—it’s unhealthy and not worth it.

Waited 30 mins just for some freaking wings and it wasn’t even busy… they seem almost like they are purposely slow!

Not one edible celery

Ordered a 10 piece and received 9 and a wing tip. It’s always a dumpster fire at that location.

Great food and great service. Rachel was my cashier and went out of her way to help me.

I would definitely recommend coming here, the food is great like all the other wing stops. Lidia took my order and was very sweet, she gave me plenty of recommendations. She was also very patient because I was unsure of what I wanted to order. If the service is like this every time I came here I would definitely be coming every week!

Wings were hot and fresh,perfectly seasoned. Skin was crisp. Definitely one of the better Wingstop's

Definitely debating if I will order from this establishment again as this is my second time placing an online order, showing up a little later than the anticipated time and STILL having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. I walk in. There is a woman taking orders at the register (who is always extremely helpful and pleasant, along with ONE other employee…out of the many.) Everyone else does not greet you. Instead they just stare and continue what they are doing. After five minutes of standing and waiting, I was told they were finishing up my order. I continued to wait for another 10+ minutes. As I’m waiting multiple DoorDash orders were being picked up and given out immediately. Within those ten minutes of me waiting, the only two helpful employees continued to ask the other staff why my order wasn’t ready yet…in which another worker responded with an attitude “that’s not the order I was told to do.” If someone is placing an online order, it is to avoid waiting. Between the waiting and lack of polite customer service from majority of the staff, it is extremely frustrating. Not sure if it is a management problem or lack of care but something needs to be fixed.
