I would definitely recommend coming here, the food is great like all the other wing stops. Lidia took my order and was very sweet, she gave me plenty of recommendations. She was also very patient because I was unsure of what I wanted to order. If the service is like this every time I came here I would definitely be coming every week!

Wings were hot and fresh,perfectly seasoned. Skin was crisp. Definitely one of the better Wingstop's

Definitely debating if I will order from this establishment again as this is my second time placing an online order, showing up a little later than the anticipated time and STILL having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. I walk in. There is a woman taking orders at the register (who is always extremely helpful and pleasant, along with ONE other employee…out of the many.) Everyone else does not greet you. Instead they just stare and continue what they are doing. After five minutes of standing and waiting, I was told they were finishing up my order. I continued to wait for another 10+ minutes. As I’m waiting multiple DoorDash orders were being picked up and given out immediately. Within those ten minutes of me waiting, the only two helpful employees continued to ask the other staff why my order wasn’t ready yet…in which another worker responded with an attitude “that’s not the order I was told to do.” If someone is placing an online order, it is to avoid waiting. Between the waiting and lack of polite customer service from majority of the staff, it is extremely frustrating. Not sure if it is a management problem or lack of care but something needs to be fixed.

Never in my entire life have u ever entered an establishment where absolutely no one, and I mean NO ONE, greeted you. I’m the first one in the door and all 3 employees looked at me and got back to work. I sat there for exactly (no lie) 14 minutes in absolute silence. When the phone rang, someone ran to pick up it and guess what the first thing they said, GOOD MORNING! Like what in the entire h3ll?!!!!! I still can’t tell you how long it took for them to acknowledge me because I’m literally writing this review as we speak and NO ONE still has NOT acknowledged me!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with an online order. I placed it at 5:30 pm, expecting it to be ready by 6 pm as indicated online. I arrived at the store around 6:10 pm, hoping it would be ready. However, the cooks kept telling me it would be “just another eight minutes.” By the time I checked the clock, it was 7 pm—I had been waiting in the restaurant for nearly an hour. To make things worse, when I finally asked about my order, I was told the cooks hadn’t even started it. Meanwhile, I watched at least 25 other customers come in and pick up their online orders. Waiting for an hour while my food was completely ignored was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing behavior from the staff.

Long waits , lots of worker but food never seems to be ready sometimes over 20 min waits , manage to needs to fix this or replace what need to be replaced . Customers always seem to be annoyed at the wait times
