Koi Wok Inn

Just saw a video about this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I ordered General Tso’s chicken, pepper steak, and sweet & sour chicken, plus 3 egg rolls, 3 spring rolls, a large egg drop soup, and a small wonton soup so we could sample a bit of everything.

Everything was fresh, hot, and really delicious. The portions were good, the customer service was great, and the total came out to under $50, which was a nice bonus.

Definitely will be coming again.

I called to place an order for delivery and was told 40-45 mins. Very typical and not an issue at all. I have ordered from here many times and have never had an issue. The food is always great. It’s now 2 1/2 hours later. I have called 3 times. I was told the food was on the way over an hour ago. When I called again, I was told they would call the driver and call me back. Never received a call back. Finally was told they never placed my order. I called at 6:50pm to place my order for dinner and it is now 9:08pm with no food. I will never order from here again after this experience. You lied to a valued customer and didn’t even have an apology only just offered to re-place the order. I said nevermind as I would rather give my money a business elsewhere at this point.

The lady at the front desk helping should be fired #1, they sent me the wrong order to my house with the wrong persons name and refused to send me my proper order.

Ordered food through the service took my order we've been ordering from here for 7 years. The service is horrible that they've hired had to call back and fight with them to get to the store had to reorder the food and wait another 35 minutes! They need to get rid of this service it's horrible

Wok inn is my favorite place to get GOOD Chinese food. Their combos are fairly priced and the portions are perfect. When I moved away from Boynton I actually was sad that I wouldn’t be able to order here. Now that I’m back it’s my go to.

Placed an order through Uber eats in which I had a 50% off promo plus $15.00 off thru my amex platinum which I receive monthly. Made an order for myself and my wife and it was processed. Less than 2 mins later they cancel the order from the restaurant. I call the restaurant to ask why the order was cancelled and employee said a manager will call back but if I want delivery I can place the order with him. But I can't use the promo from Uber eats or my amex monthly credit. As I await the managers call I called Uber eats who stated they cancelled the order so they can charge the full price without the Uber promo or use my amex monthly credit. Still no call from the manager......not supporting this business anymore, and I go to this plaza frequently.....

Order off of grubhub all the time and their review rating is over 4.5 there. This rating is short sighted with how good they are. Sweet and sour chicken and the chicken teriyaki sticks are delicious! Sweet and sour white meat perfectly fried with a good size sauce. Chicken teriyaki is well marinated and juicy.

I placed an order exactly at 11AM when they opened up. I immediately received a message about paying through a link which I ignored and then clicked it about 10 mins later just to find my order canceled. I called Wok inn right away to let them know not to cancel my order and I will like to pay over the phone , the lady on the phone says she will make sure my order does not get canceled and the driver can take my payment . I waited till 12:20 to see where my order was and the same lady that took the call earlier told me that she’s going to resubmit my order at 12:20 …. I’ve always ordered my Chinese food from wok inn for years and have never had any issues . But today … today was the day they lost me as a customer . If I would have never called to check on my order , I would have still been waiting . All I got was a sorry about that. Nothing more .

The food is always fresh and tasty. I’m a foodie so I don’t know why the ratings are not higher. I go here often and the food is consistent. It’s not watered down and it’s delicious.

Will never order from this place again! I walked in and placed my order because the last time we placed the order online they forgot my sauce on sweet and sour chicken. The 2 ladies in front were very nonchalant about getting my order correct this time. The man in front of me was complaining about his order being wrong and they responded to him as though he was the problem. My husband's bourbon chichen tasted only of cinnamon and there was NO sauce. My husband thought the meat may have been bad, not sure. I asked for two more soy and duck sauces and the one lady said it would be a dollar. Told them to forget about that, no way. This place is the pitts! The two up front taking orders are hockey and nasty. Never doing business with this place again and I see I'm not the only one!

Man, people in south Florida really don't know what Chinese food is supposed to taste like. I don't understand all the people saying the food here is great and just complaining about service.

The food was awful, I ate the white rice and some of the peppers and onions from the pepper steak cause the sauce was actually good(I ordered pepper steak, beef lo mein and beef fried rice and tried all three, all awful) and threw the rest out. Sorry for this brutal review but I just want to rightsize your review score a little.

I do want to note however that you poor south floridians might still enjoy this place because you have no idea what Chinese food is supposed to taste like. To me it's inedible but to you guys it might actually be pretty good, people from the Northeast I'd recommend avoiding this place however.

Go to hong kong palace in boca, house of pang or hunan gardens if you want decent chinese. I'm done trying new Chinese places down here, I'm tired of wasting my money every single time.

Enjoy immensely the fried scallops. The shrimp with lobster sauce is super satisfying. I also have tried their shrimp with eggplant. There seems to be a little extra oil in their fried dishes
