This place is such a gem! We ended up visiting twice during our stay. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is perfection, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Shout out to Maria for making our dinner/dessert feel so special. We will definitely return!

We travel here from Dallas and this is a restaurant we always HAVE to visit when coming to the island. It is a highlight of our trip. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Emily and Maria both were phenomenal. The octopus and calamari are my favorites. My husband loves the charcuterie. Our daughter’s favorite is the caprese pizza and even our picky son ate the pasta with red sauce and fully enjoyed it. May have to go a second time before flying back home!

My husband and I went to dinner on a Saturday night in late June. We made a reservation just in case and had no problem getting in. The food was delicious, creative and well plated. We enjoyed the diversity of dishes representing cultures from all over the world. My husband had the El Salvador and I had the Rio- both had incredible flavor. The only thing lacking for the evening was the service. We had trouble getting waters refilled, weren’t checked on very often and it took over 20 minutes to get our bill though the restaurant was only half full.

Maria was awesome and accommodating. The atmosphere was a very nice setting. The employees all seemed to work together to get cocktails and food out in timely fashion. The food was a 15 on a 10 scale and presentation was very upscale. Prices for food were inexpensive for the experience. Easily pay the same or more at a Mexican restaurant or a local pancake house. This place far surpassed my expectations! Definitely recommend to anyone on a date night for adults. Alessandra who was the owner and head chef came out and we thanked her personally for the awesome food! Would go back the next time we are here. Thanks again!

We did not plan to eat here but we're happily surprised. It was dinner on a Friday so a little slow on the initial greeting but the food came fast and was great. We will be back.

Phenomenal experience! Great.experience, atmosphere, pricing, quality and food. No clue how we have overlooked this gem all these years, but definitely won't in our future trips! One of our best dinners on the island! From the little reserved sign to the handmade menus to the variety of food, definitily a must! Emily was our server and provided nothing short of exceptional service
From the picky, hard to please eater, pepperoni pizza was amazing! Pork tenderloin and rio grande steak.to the hawaii shrimp served in a pineapple, everything was.amazing! Music and decor very relaxing for that relaxing vaca vibe you desire and need!

Where do I start.. We came in for one drink, saw the menu and then realized it was happy hour so we decided to stay for a bit. The food was the best we’ve had on Anna Maria Island, hands down! You can taste the quality and freshness in each dish. The employees work together like one big family. The entire staff was so polite and the service was quick! We found a hidden gem on the island! Brady was an amazing bartender! And Emily was just awesome! We ended up staying for several drinks because the atmosphere was too good to leave! Our new favorite!

Had an amazing meal and cocktails yesterday. Service by Emily and Brady was outstanding. One of our favorite eateries to visit on our annual AMI vacation.

Last night we had our first visit to Bamboo Island, a delightful, open air Resturant with a view of Bridge Street, and WOW! I’ve got to say it was amazing! The menu is exciting and different from any other Resturant on the island! Not the same old- same old menu you see everywhere! The craft cocktails were amazing! We ordered the Rio, (delicious steak) , The Anna Maria( grouper ) and the special which was lamb chops with fettuccine …. Then on to desserts! All were incredible ! And to note one thing that stood out to me is that this Resturant is a FAMILY business from chefs to bartender to waitress! Please do yourself a favor and check this out!

The food was absolutely incredible! I cannot stop thinking about the Hawaiian, a shrimp and pineapple dish served in half a pineapple! I'm salivating now just writing about it.

The menu is refreshingly creative and the presentations are beautiful - seriously little edible works of art. Drinks are inventive and service is top notch warm and friendly. I loved this place and hope to return soon.

This is a hidden gem upstairs of Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island. The food and drinks are the best we’ve had on the island. I highly recommend trying the Machu Picchu appetizer. I had the Marseille prepared medium rare for my meal. It was delicious. The best filet I’ve ever had. My husband had the Rio prepared medium rare for his meal and he’s still talking about how delicious it was. The owners are so welcoming! The bar tender was very attentive and made the best drinks with all fresh ingredients! I highly recommend trying this place!

Sat at 630....recieved drinks maybe 20 minutes later (at least).... received appetizer about 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering...??? Main courses took 2+ hours. Waiter was trying and apologized multiple times for lack of kitchen staff and they had a large party in the private room... but come on... if they can't get a plate of calamari out in an hour and 45 minutes, they probably shouldn't book the table...Weirdly, I had been a few years ago with a party of 8 and it took over 2 hours as well and they told us they were short on kitchen staff... and then one of the party (my brother) never received his food!! so it's weird that similar problems happened again! I returned for more punishment because the food itself is pretty good, the staff are pleasant, but the wait is crazy. I see many good reviews so I guess I caught them AGAIN on another randomly bad night...One suggestion- if you are going to have people waiting 2 hours for food, perhaps offering them a free glass of wine or something while waiting would be nice.
