Anna Marie Island was no big deal, beautiful beaches, and plenty of parking. Pretty long walk from a lot to the beach, so be prepared. Took a friend with COPD. We had to keep stopping for his breathing. Once settled, the beach was beautiful white sand they had lifeguards & bathrooms & outdoor showers, so you could rinse off the salt after swimming all day!
I always appreciate a shower after swimming in the Gulf and have a 2 hr ride back home to Estero.

The food was decent for a snack! Pricey yes! Service very rude from start to finish! Next time I will pack peanut butter and jelly rather than have our umbrella put down as we were eating because it was close to their closing time!
