Pane e Amore Italian Cafe

We love this place after our first visit. Our son and his girlfriend told us about it and we decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday there. The owner, Mauricio, is authentic and so full of love. It's like having your favorite cousin make you an amazing meal. We HIGHLY recommend the Pane e Amore experience!

Authentic Italian cuisine. From the charcuterie board to the desserts, everything was excellent. Will definitely be going back to support this family owned business ❤️

I came here with my nieces on a girls trip and everything was amazing! The owner was so welcoming, I was able to bring my dog and he was treated so well by the staff. The food was delicious, the service was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. We will definitely be back!

We would give them 10 stars if we could. Locally owned with amazing food and service! This is our second visit and the owner remembered us and asked if we wanted the same wine as last time and yes we definitely did, so good! It’s fun to dine where the owners take such joy in serving you with amazing food! Highly recommend the spinach lasagna and the tiramisu melts in your mouth.

I cannot say enough about this place. The owner and the rest of the staff are the most incredible and lovely, kind people I’ve ever encountered in the restaurant industry. That being said, I was in the restaurant industry for 18 years. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. Freshly made to order. The best lasagna and complementary bruschetta I’ve ever eaten. It is no wonder this place has five stars. They treat you like royalty. It is in a cute little corner of a partially open air storied strip mall type of area. It’s very unique & decorated in a lovely manner. They were even making sure that we were cool and putting their fans towards us. The owner is so amazing. He even told me I could call him the day before I were to come in and tell him some of the things I would like to eat, and he would make it for me. Have you ever heard of this before? I don’t think so!
We talked about our love for mushrooms, he brought out some fresh pasta that wasn’t on the menu and told me he would create something out of it and also do a mix and match of our meal. When we received the check many of the items were complementary. Our friends & my husband and I could not believe our eyes. At the end, we were hugging as new friends. I cannot wait to head back up north for another trip to AMI just to visit this amazing and wonderful gem. Thank you so much friends. We will be back soon!

Vegetarian options: The owner will basically create for you whatever he may have in the kitchen at the time, just ask.
There are also vegetarian options on the menu.

Parking: If it’s a busy time of year or a holiday, you’ll have to search for parking in that area. It’s very busy.

We had an amazing dining experience here! The owner was very warm and personable, and the dishes were fantastic and authentic Italian, bursting with flavor. To top it all off, the owner gave us a delicious tiramisu on the house! We will definitely come back when we are in AMI and recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine Italian cuisine!

Mauricio & Luciana & their team treat you like family! If you’ve never had someone that could cook in your family…they will adopt you & you won’t ever want to leave! From opening with a bruschetta, then their charcuterie to their lasagna, their gnocchi brushed w grated wild porcini & sausage, to the desserts they are all to delicious! We had tiramisu & chocolate cake & holy cow I felt like I was truly in Italy all over again! I can’t forget the cappuccino either! If you don’t come here while on the island multiple times, YOU WILL BE MISSING OUT! This Chicagoan knows what she’s talking about! Tell Mauricio that Kristi from Chicago sent you!

Been here almost a year and we found this place during the Thursday night festival on Bridge street . Owner is the real deal and some of the best meatballs and lasagna I’ve had. This is by far the best Italian and most authentic we have found since moving to Florida!
